They ask people to reverse park your car on 45 degree ramp to load the furniture in your car. It is unsafe, damages the car as heavy furniture hits your seats with force and will end up with a serious accident.
Whoever made this arrangement/plan is a BIG IDIOT.
You should at least let the rear wheels inside your warehouse (on a flat surface) to balance out the load vs angle ?.

In brief, nice couch but horrible customer service.
Comfortable, practical couch!
The couch is great. Very comfortable and love the storage on the chaise. We did run into problems with delivery (couch was defective) and the customer service wasn't the most responsive/helpful. At the end, we resolved the issue and we are enjoying the couch now, but definitely could have been a better customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly useless company. I’ve placed many orders this year. Items regularly arrive damaged. The customer service is dreadful but the main problem with CB2 is their appalling disorganization. Delivery times slip month after month. They constantly waste your time and the collection process for orders is guaranteed to ruin your Christmas. Absolutely garbage company who are miserable to deal with.

You just use their website to tell them you have arrived and what spot you are waiting at and they just brought the order within minutes (at store). At warehouse you text your name and order and they will text you back when order is ready and will put it in your car. Good job C&B
