★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not far south of Saskatoon you'll find the cranberry flats conservation area. It's an amazing series of paths along the South Saskatchewan River. Parts of the path are a classic boardwalk and the rest are etched out in the landscape. A highly recommended outing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a fantastic place for a walk in nature and also walk your dog. I highly recommend you to be there before the sunset. There is a bench there, that you can sit on and enjoy the sunset and sip your coffee. Such a peaceful place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to Cranberry Flats often. It's gorgeous and peaceful. Most of the time, the other people there are respectful of your personal space. You'll need to pack any garbage out as there are no trash cans on site. Some of the paths are quite sandy and can be hard going if you're not in great physical condition or have a stroller or wagon for your kiddos. But there are lots of paths to choose from!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely beautiful walk. Paths are dirt, boardwalk, and sandy trails. We were able to spot lots of crocuses. Unfortunately, there was garbage along the trail so we picked up some but didn’t have a bag to grab more. There’s a garbage can at the entrance for dog bags, etc. Lots of parking.
