★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people who work here really go above and beyond. I'm so happy with the customer service and the work on my car. The manager Dave gave me a ride to the Seabus and always offered the most convenient way to get around for the day my car was first evaluated. The loner car was so appreciated! It was very clean and I really needed it in the absence of my car during repairs. They called me with updates when parts arrived and overall I will go back and offer this location to anyone looking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dave is the epitome of great customer service. No one likes having their cars repaired, but he takes the pain out of it. I’ve been there twice with great experiences both times. He’s friendly, welcoming, and makes the whole process hassle free. It trickles down because his staff is also great and so is the quality of work. Luckily for craftsman collision you’ll be happy wherever you go. I’ve been to 3 locations and I’ve been impressed with all 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people who work here really go above and beyond. It was my first time to visit Craftsman Collision at 1315 Cotton road North Vancouver location. Someone did hit and run so I had to replace my front bumper. The manager Dave was very professional and knowledgeable to help me out. I had so many questions to ask him prior to repair. Dave answered all my concerns by being patient. Dave’s team members also provided me an excellent customer service. In order to repair my car within a day, one of team member gave me a ride to the Seabus so I can go for work. When i picked up my car, I was so impressed to see their work done. The front bumper was perfectly painted same as brand new car condition. On top of that, interior and exterior of my car was cleaned perfectly. I felt that I was picking up brand new car at that time. Overall, I definitely recommend Craftsman Collision particularly this location to my friends and colleagues based on service I received from them.

Dave and his staff at the Cotton Road location went above and beyond what I expected. They really helped us navigate through a difficult time. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again for any future work I may need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really bad experience taking my new Audi to craftsman collision to get a repair. They charged me full price, but they never finished repairing my car as promised. My car was returned to me with 50% of the work finished. I will never go back to Craftsman Collision again and I would definitely never recommend them to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dave was so helpful!! I had some continuous dings in my door from my neighbour opening their door and hitting my truck. Dave was very professional and helpful they got me in right away and buffed out the marks! Would definitely come back if I had any other body work needing done!
