From start to finish everything was handled wonderfully. My car was repaired beautifully and the customer service was nothing less than perfect. They updated me via text due to my crazy work hours and made everything convenient. They set me up for a rental right away. I was very delighted that they cleaned my car afterwards it was a nice surprise. Fortunately this process went smoothly as I was 0% at fault since someone rear ended me while I was stopped in traffic and told the truth. I highly recommend this place!

Great job, truck looks like new! Great communication and expectation as to what was happening and when. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and knowledgeable. All COVID-19 safety measures were taken. Would highly recommend Craftsman Collision South.

I have my vehicle, A 1999 Toyota Tercel fixed here due to hail damage for 3 years straight. I cant seem to be able to avoid these storms. The ladies up front did not laugh at my car but instead made me very comfortable and made sure I was extremely satisfied with the repairs and kept me updated as they did their magic with my gem of a Toyota. Rentals we’re available, a handsom man picks you up and sets up a rental car with you. Being 58 and never driven anything other than my Tercel. I was hoping to get into a nicer, new car as a rental, I even washed my hair and dressed up for the occasion, but they put me in another 1999 Toyota Tercel…..i mean….i guess its ok. In conclusion, there is no place I would rather go for any repairs on my only car.

Craftsman Collision offers consistent, reliable, and above & beyond service. Excellent body repair work whether through insurance or not. Parts and Estimate department is honest and thorough. Front desk staff is kind, warm, and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone in need of quality body work on their vehicle.

A great experience and great repair. Charlotte, Gabby and Laura were fantastic, super helpful and polite. They had my rental sorted and all the paperwork in order when I dropped off. The repair to my car is awesome. There are no signs of the previous damage and the car was cleaned before they returned it to me. It feels like a new car! Thanks so much for the great experience. Ive rebuild a lot of cars . And this shop simply lies and instead of correctly fixing the problem the first time the fixed my door they used masking tape to adhere that plastic sheet to the door this time i discovered the used spray on on glue. Then the manufacture uses a butle type silicone . Just like that hole you see they made me wait a week for black tape for a window edge but failed to plug that hole correctly . This was a complaint I had with my door they had replaced it screwed up my window control switch . Blamed me for breaking it. Then after my complaint g about them properly finishing the job with my door as you can see there is no butle that is used to seal the door with that plastic layer and the hole cover that protects the interior door from outside elements even though they had me wait for my car an additional week to get black tape for a window sill. And then they parked my car on the street just to have a hit and run . Then tried to get me to sign off the day it got hit while in their care.(the reason you sign the paper when you drop a car off to a shop is because their insurance covers your car when they are at fault. ) and now I get to complain about their crappy service yet again because this is going to be the 3rd time I caught this when they stated they corrected the problem. And they simply lied and used glue this time last time was masking tape .

My truck was taken to Craftsman Collison by my insurance company to have repair work done on my front bumper. I am extremely happy with the repairs that were completed on the vehicle. The bodywork was done, but I had to wait a week for a backordered sensor to arrive. After I returned home from work, I took my truck in to have the sensor installed and noticed a stain on the front seat. After they installed the sensor, I asked the Manager (Ben) about the stain. I really do not think it was from anyone at Craftsman, I believe it happened when Intact insurance was shuttling my vehicle. Ben was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to determine what the stain was and took steps to remove it. Five minutes later, the leather was back to looking brand new with no permanent damage. Thank you Ben, you provided exceptional customer service!!

I recently had my resonator cut off of my vehicle the person thought it was a catalytic converter turns out my catalytic converters are installed near my manifold, anyway insurance got me into Craftsman Collision and Craftsman Collision got my exhaust all shored up in the process, albeit there's a little bit of difference in opinion on where it happened but there was some damage to my drive shaft, but regardless of fault Craftsman Collision got my car taken to Pat's driveline had the drive shaft replaced in my car and back to me without a charge, I honestly was worried given all bad luck ive had that I would be eating the cost of this as well, and to my surprise Craftsman picked up the tab , the customer service at this place is beyond what 98% of companies could only wish they could achieve, if I ever have to have any type of insurance work or just general work done to my vehicle Craftsman Collision will definitely be my first choice moving forward, they excel at customer service they excel at making sure the job is done and done right and the customer leaves happy. I cannot say enough on how much these people have gone above and beyond to get me my vehicle back in working order after this rotten ordeal that I've been through with having my exhaust hacked apart by my neighbor, albeit this whole entire ordeal has sucked, dealing with Craftsman Collision made this whole entire fiasco much more tolerable to deal with, I honestly cannot thank the staff enough at Craftsman Collision for everything they've done they have gone above and beyond and I can't thank them enough.
