It was done within 2 hours and works just like factory.. very happy with the knowledge staff fast service and also the cost of repairs. Hands down only place I'll go from now on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn’t feeling too pumped in the fact that my HP PC ‘s hard drive took a turn for the worst. Found out I was out of my purchased warranty by 4 months!
Immediately thought of Crackerz, as I have used them in the past for my cell phone repairs. I decided to message Crackerz on Facebook chat and was promptly responded to! I explained the issues I was having with my PC and decided to bring it in to replace the hard drive. The knowledge that this team has is top notch, as well as superb customer service. They went above in beyond to have my PC sent to their Langley store as I live closer to that store and am a new Mom with an infant.
I am so pleased with the quick turn around time as I need my PC up and running to upload some photos from my DSLR. I can’t thank Mike and the team at Crackerz Abbotsford for helping me out!

Mike took a look at it and gave me his genuine opinion in that it was purely cosmetic damage and didn't need to be replaced if I have a case on it. I definitely appreciated his honest advice. I'll be coming back if I ever need help with any of my devices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Crackerz to get an issue fixed with my laptop. They said it's probably the harddrive going but they'd try and see what they could do to fix it otherwise. Turns out it was the harddrive that needed replacing and they did an amazing job! Kept me updated ever step of the way and gave me many options as for what I'd like to do with my old data. They were fast, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with! I would highly recommend them and I reckon I'll be going to them when I want to get a gaming rig made.
