★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an excellent haircut, good product referrals and advice to maintain my hair integrity. However as a first time customer there wasn't much of a welcome and myself as well as a few others didn't realize they used a take a number system so I ended up losing a couple spots in queue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait times are super long because of a failed number system. I came in one day and was refused a cut half an hour before closing despite there being a empty seat and barber. So I came in the next day and still had to wait 2.5 hours in the morning because people were ahead of me despite the barber recognizing me from the day before. I couldn't even go to another shop because they were all closed. Best to come in the morning and get a cut early or take a number amd show up in the afternoon. But then the prices lately have been expensive and not worth the wait or even the cut itself. There are 3-4 other barbershops literally around the corner that will give you a better cut for similar or cheaper prices without the wait time (unleas they have appointments). And if those options aren't enough there are quite a few other options within a 5 minutes walking distance of here. Also the loud music and distracted barbers are a turn off. I wish I could give a 0 star rating. Needless to say I won't be going back anytime soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband got his haircut here for the first time. The girl was very friendly, and they have a ton of seating. The music is good as well, and prices are very reasonable. We will bring our son here next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love this place but I called them yesterday to see if they were busy and I was to over the phone that they weren't, when I arrived i was told that they changed there hours and even tho it was 430 PM at the time he didn't think he would have time to cut my hair before there new 5 pm closing but if I took a number he would do it the next day. So I did come back and after waiting 30 min I was told that someone else was ahead of me because he also came the night before and took a number so I waited and then when a chair opened up with a new barber I never seen before I was told that I HAVE to go with the new barber that just got hired today. Needless to say I won't be going back there after they wasted my time 2 days in a row.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This barber shop is too loud, you have to speak up when talking. It never smells clean, musky sometimes. Disorganized business, owner is almost never there when asked for. Haircuts are good sometimes depending on who cuts it. Wouldn't recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place literally cannot be beat. They offer quick and friendly and high quality service. My son who is 6 wanted "lightning bolts" in his hair ?And that is what he got. The barber who did it went above and beyond. Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been taking my boys here for months. Twice now my appointments were cancelled last minute ? I was disappointed the first time but thought I'd give it another try since I liked their haircuts and style. Not even an hour before my kids appointment this morning I received a text saying they had to cancel again. Not happy with the way this was handled.
