★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've recently had the pleasure to work along side Vadim, the CEO of CPO Management Inc, on a filming project where he shared his views and perspectives on the condo management given today's landscape amid-pandemic. I was really impressed with the depth of his knowledge and expertise as it comes to property management and specifically crisis management. If I were a condo board member, CPO would win my vote given their focus on building stronger communities.

I have yet to meet a more professional, knowledgeable and experienced property management company that knows the ins and outs of the industry so well. I've enjoyed learning from Vadym, the owner and operator of CPO, about how to effectively and efficiently manage a condo corporation. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a resident, I can honestly say that the management team at CPO are highly professional, accommodating, helpful, and excellent at managing the condo. I could not be happier to be in this condo, managed by CPO. The budget is balanced, the maintenance rate is fantastic, the cleanliness in the building is superb and renovations are done professionally and beautifully. The 24 hour emergency management line is a life saver, when we were locked out of our unit far past "business hours", they were able to send the super and let us in. They actively listen and take real care of the building and its residents. Not to mention the property is so well manicured! Thank you CPO, you are real management that operates with honesty, professionalism and quality.

The worst service ever! It's a big luck, that all 3 boards fired CPO from our complex!
No management of building business - multiple resident's complaints are delayed and forgotten.
No supervision of the contractors - directors should take care of reporting problems, snow and ground/garage cleaning.
The pool refurbishment project, promoted by CPO, totally destroyed our pool - the epoxy coating failed and was redone 3 times in 4 months!
All jobs are delayed, no status report to the boards or owners!
The only relief was to get rid of them, but then - be cautious - they completely abandon the property after getting the notice of termination!
No decency!
