★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in the process of remodeling our upper floor, when we pulled the trigger on redoing our kitchen as well. We priced around, however we felt most comfortable with this team. I consulted with Shawn, who went above and beyond to make sure that we made the right decision. He walked us through the whole process. Very rare to find professionals who actually do what they promised which Kitchen and Bath did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I knew nothing about Kitchen & Bath and it was recommended by a friend. So I hired them after another company requested a ridiculous amount of money for replacing a water heater. Kitchen & Bath did a fantastic job and at the end of the process, I paid almost half the cost of what the first company wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend Kitchenandbath for kitchen or bathroom remodelling or renovation. Staff is very much professional, Quality is excellent, service is beyond comparison. They even support repair work for one year from the completion of your project. My kitchen renovation and tile replacement job was done and it took almost 3 months.
A word of caution though, they don’t complete your project on time. Make sure that you get all drawing approved for smallest details so the contractor will be able to get the job done to your satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My spouse and I were researching companies to help with our kitchen renovation. We reached out to Kitchen and Bath and inquired if they do businesses in Markham - South of Stouffville to which we were informed they do. Shortly thereafter, an e-mail confirmation was sent and a calendar invitation was created between both parties.
The day arrives and one hour prior to the scheduled in-person meeting, A representative (name will remain anonymous) from Kitchen & Bath Inc called and said Oh sorry, we don't do businesses out there. They had 10 days between the calendar invitation and the day of the meeting to review the addresses and confirm. My spouse had purposely postponed work meetings to make time for this meeting.
Never would I recommend such a disorganized/unprofessional company to any of my clients, friends, and family.
Giving them a zero star is overrated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired them to do our kitchen renovation back in 2019 and we also remodeled the bathroom at my cousin's house this year. We did challenge them during the reno process by adding a few changes, but they seemed to take it professionally. The outcome was good both times indeed.

Their crew recently completed our kitchen renovation; we have a huge kitchen and their designer (Jodie) suggested we go with a farmhouse look. It turned out beautiful, their craftsmanship played a major role in that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too happy with this company. They were great in the beginning, but once all was paid for, they stopped responding to emails. I'll ask a few questions, and they maybe answer one. We were told 4-6 weeks for a single bathroom construction, is taking close to double that. They literally only worked for 3 weeks, and after that someone shows up maybe once or twice a week, sometimes not at all.
They have terrible communication. Sometimes workers don't show up for days. Or, they say someone will show up, I clear my schedule to be home, and sure enough no one does. Our jewelry was also stolen, and they said this has never happend, as if I was making it up. The wall started peeling after we painted, to which they responded by blaming us for not priming (WHICH WE SAID WE DID 3 TIMES). They ordered the wrong tiles for our shower, and told us we chose the wrong ones during the selection process. Anytime a mistake is made, we are blamed.
Every single aspect of our bathroom is flawed/scratched/leaking in some way. The tape they put down to protect our hardwood has caused hardwood to peel off. Water leaked from the bathroom into our ceiling below because they didn't tighten the supply line. They blamed us and said we bought a defective faucet. Second opinion showed they were so wrong. Damages upon damages, and no concern is shown for our troubles.
They are also very overpriced, even though they gave 5k off for the covid promotion. I came to know too late that the prices are almost double other places. I thought the price may have been justified if they completed on time and had great customer service, but it really was not.
