G	Gajan Shan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start, if it was possible I would give Del Rentals a negative star. Del Rentals has been an absolute nightmare to work with. We were in the process of moving out so we did out due diligence and found tenants to replace us. The potential "new tenants" reached out to Del Rentals on numerous occasions to inquire about taking over the lease. However, they did not respond. They did not pick up any phone calls, they did not respond back to any emails. We left so many voicemails but no one called back. However, they had the nerve to do a credit check on the potential tenants that were supposed to take over the lease. Funny, how they have time to do a credit check but not even reply back to any emails or answer any calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE DEL RENTALS - you will have a hard time getting a hold of anyone. I come to wonder what they get paid for or if there are any employees at all.

A	April Shakell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laurie C. at Del Condominium was amazing. I had a terrible experience with a previous property and landlord where a deal had fallen through. As a result even with the help of my incredible agent (who went into protection overdrive!!) I had trepidation about heading into another deal. Laurie was patient, kind, understanding and so supportive even in the face of my fear of another deal going bad. She supported my late evening text messages when I am sure she had already clocked out for the day when she hadn't even met the lady on the other side of the random number and she answered all of my questions with such kindness and patience. She had no judgment but simply empathy. She helped us understand the process and work with both myself and my kick a** agent to get us over the finish line and into Del Condos. Her after signature and acceptance support continues and I am so glad I chose Del Condos to test drive city living for this suburban girl.

Laurie and her colleague Ash were both professional, very friendly, addressed all concerns in a timely manner, and even made changes to our lease to accommodate a last-minute request. They have been amazing to deal with and have erased the lingering stress from a very long condo search. Honestly the only downside was that I didn't find them sooner! I would highly recommend Del Condo Rentals, specifically Laurie and Ash. Thank you both so much for the experience and we are so very excited to move!

N	Natalie Davis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just leased an AMAZING unit through DEL Rentals, and couldn’t be happier! Our Sales Representative, Laurie Cellupica, was INCREDIBLE too! She was so professional, knowledgeable, and super efficient with the time that we spent touring the condominium! She even gave my 4 year old daughter (who was happily prancing around the gorgeous building) a DEL branded timer! I would highly recommend DEL rentals to anyone looking for a luxury space for an incredible value! Wow!!! Their spaces are the epitome of luxury, with a list of amazing amenities (I mean, an adult party room, a kids party room, and a spa, just to make a few…wow)! And if you get Laurie for your tour, then guaranteed, you’ll be in great hands ☺️ So happy with the service, I would’ve given 5 stars if the system so allowed ☺️
V	Vishal Magoon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience as a landlord with a property management company and extremely expensive. Communication has been through email and and takes approximately 2 to 3 days to respond on average even though I've left a voicemail on customer support and don't receive a call back but rather a cold email response. Multiple quotes are not provided upon work orders unless requested specifically. I determined after comparison that the contractors they use were price gouging and were not competitive rates in the market (I used Homestars with professionally licensed contractors to compare). They also charge you 10% fee on each work order and as a result continuously perform work on the unit upon Tenants request. They only inform you that the work is scheduled with no costs identified unless you ask them. Work on a shower door was performed and now a new request with the shower door was necessary. Why wasn't the work completed correctly in the first place? This identifies a gap by Del Rentals of confirming if the work was completed to satisfaction by the trades people with property management. The support will tell you one thing one month and go back and tell you something else later down the road. My experience in this context was Del Rentals was supposed to provide 90 days notice to the tenant of an increase in rent and to determine and notify the landlord of the tenants intentions to either renew the lease or provide notice to terminate. In my case I was told only 45 days in advance of the intention which by the agreement they identified I needed to provided 90 days notice of termination to Del Rentals property management agreement. Worst experience and don't recommend this company!
