Terrible Management Company. They work in 220 Burnhamthorpe Rd West. Some Julian management guy had a notice on elevators with an agent Director. They don’t know how to manage building. No Covid protocols followed. I hope someone sues these guys. Hello!!! Covid People. Do something to manage the traffic flow.

I have been living in The Rosewood for many years and have been through a few management changes. DEL was hired on as property managers over a year ago and it's felt nothing short of a dictatorship. From the sudden notices sent out for water shut offs to the fact that they went ahead (without consulting the community of tenants and owners) and installed cameras on every floor of the buildings, facing the refuse room. This clearly had a financial impact on all of us and as a result our fees and increased by 5% this year! I am not a finance major by any means but you don't have to be so see how reckless they have become with their unecessary spending without being able to warrant it. They forget that they work for US but seem to think they know what is best. Shame.

I've been a Director at a Del managed Condo for 7 years. We've had our issues with our management office and staff such as; high turnover rates, lack of responses from seniors, unorganized AGM's, etc. At our last AGM the manager's were over 1 hour late. We always kept Del because it seemed harder to replace them then to just deal with them. However, with the recent discoveries regarding Director elections and manager behaviors, our Directors are shook and reluctant to renew Del's contract which is up for renewal later this year. Del crossed a line, and we pride our services and elections on fairness and if Del cannot walk with us and we cannot trust them, then unfortunately we made the tough decision to replace them. Del has some serious improvements to make, however, we are looking at other management companies.

Their property managers are subpar, turn over quickly, dont follow through and act as though their job is always being threatened (highly defensive and passive aggressive). The Del headoffice manager who chairs the condo board meetings is unprofessional and doesn't prepare well for meetings, for example holds virtual meetings without a moderator to match questions and comments to real time discussions, a basic need for a large scale virtual meeting. This led to lots of frustration, wasted time and improperly addressed concerns. In 5 years we are on our 4th manager plus interim managers and it has caused harm to our community. He also attempted to turn owners away from registering for the AGM at least 3 times which is a violation of basic rights of condo owner.

I live in 2155 Burnhamthorpe Rd west, Mississauga condominium, managed by Del management company. An unfortunate group of unprofessional badly trained people. They have no clue how to manage anything. They just ignore the owners. Not responsive to any comments even to security threats from other tenants. They have a high turnover of staff which doesn't help there situation. I'm not sure how they managed to get a license as property management and avoid legal issues.

The employees they hire must be underpaid, and they are definitely undertrained, because the level of service is really unacceptable and the turnover is ridiculous. Covid really highlighted the fact that DEL prioritizes profits and not getting sued above all else. The fact that the residents are the ones paying their salaries doesn't seem to register and while the front desk folks are friendly enough, the property managers are adversarial.

I’m the resident of 23 cox blvd markham.The property management just complete the window cleanings annually by yesterday. They finished cleanings of my suite by the day before yesterday,but I found the french windows of sitting room to backyard are not cleaned.I sent the email to the administrator of the condo to request cleanings.But they ignored the email.I sent email once again the following day,they replied this time.They replied that” For the window cleaning’s scope of work, the window cleaner will only clean all the inaccessible windows. For those windows which are accessible, then the contract won’t cover the cleaning. Since your unit in ground floor, your window is defined as accessible windows, then the window cleaner will not clean those windows.”sigh…How a 9-10 feet french window defined as accessible for general household? It’s unreasonable.Obviously they do not care about their residents’ feeling. I guess they are glad to supply the step stools, cleaning kit and squeegee for us.

One of my rental units recently had water damage and needed to open a claim with my insurance. I reached out to Harven who was in charge of our building and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. Having dealt with other management companies from other building in the past I was taken aback when my emails were responded to within the same day! The company was also extremely helpful in their recommendation letter which I believe helped settle our claim when our insurance provided was being difficult. Excellent company!!
