★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had an online Covid test appointment. Staff was on time and very efficient, certified letter came in 10 minutes after I uploaded the results. Very convenient. Was a little worried before the test since older reviews said sometimes the staff shows up late, but at least mine was on time, it's on a weekday if it helps.

It's easy & fast to book on-line, easy to find it's location on Lonsdale Ave. & the service is on time, fast & professional. Both times the test results were emailed to me within 20 - 30 minutes. I would certainly use their services again & I recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited for a COVID-19 rapid antigen test needed for travel. The nurse was very friendly and made sure to answer any questions I had before starting, and she explained the steps very clearly so there were no surprises. Quick process and a very fast turnaround on results, about 20 minutes!

Laura, the nurse who did the test, is fantastic. She is friendly, personable and above all, efficient. Everything went very smoothly and I got the results in a very timely fashion. I’m glad to have found this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a small mix up in times and dates- I believe at our end. But they were amazing trying to get a hold of us and ensure we had our tests for travel. Easy to do online with very patient nurse. We even added our cousin that travelled with us from a different city and they were so accommodating. Results came in fast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience. Super easy to navigate. Once you signed up and paid they sent you 2 reminders in the days prior by email and then a reminder the day of via text. No lines up or other people on the premises, technician was very professional and friendly. Had our results within 30 minutes and they followed up to make sure we received them. I would highly recommend this company going forward (and I was super skeptical). Great job!
