★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got myself and my daughter tested here a couple of weeks ago for the first time and it was awful. The person taking our information was sooo rude and made tons of mistakes that had to get corrected. The nurse was nice and swab was ok. The next time we had to get tested I drove halfway across the city to another site because this one was so bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I disagree with these negative reviews. Go there with a kind positive attitude and treat the staff with respect; it must be hard dealing with the human nature they encounter every day. My experience was very friendly, professional and not difficult. The nurse explained everything and counted back from 10 as she swabbed my nostril. Results were posted same day (test early morning; result late evening).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were all good, they were fast and precise. I drove in, a staff asked all the pertinent questions needed, asked me to show her my health card so that she can take note of my details (health card number, birthday, etc.), another staff came for the swab, gave me important reminders and some leaflets for me to read afterwards, put the swab in my nostril, counted to ten, and it was done. They were precise, very organized, just doing what are needed to be done. ?? ...and the result was posted the same day!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here about 1 week ago before they put up the designated traffic lanes. Waited over 2.5 hours but that was to be expected, staff were friendly and fast, took less than 10 minutes. I was very happy with the service, just need to have patience in the traffic line

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expect a long line-up, especially during the upcoming end of year holiday season. The nurses were attentive from the way you pulled in & ask ur info to you leaving the site. The process were smooth, but during swab seem a bit too deep into my nose (maybe I'm just too sensitive). Anyways, decent experience and I appreciate & thank the nurses who have done a good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is the worst set. up my wife had to wait 4 hours just to be handed a self test kit to do at home. And was told they are testing health workers only not essential workers. Would have been nice if they could have had someone walking to the cars and handing out the self tests instead of wasting everyone's time with having all the vehicles lined up past 2 blocks. More information is definitely needed.
