Great job! You deserve all stars and thanks again! First of all Weather Pro was the only one who could give us a price within our budget and meet all of our requests (thanks Vlad ). The installation process was a lot easier than we expected and my wife and I are very content with the results. The windows and doors look great!!!

Got four quotes and went with these guys. Here's why. I decided to get multiple quotes to replace three windows in my house. As you can imagine the quotes varied quite a bit. Before starting I determined that I was not just going to go with the cheapest, I was going to go with the company that seemed to have the best quality for the money. The four companies chosen were "Canadian Choice Windows and Doors" , "Weather Pro" , "Brian Sheridan Windows" and " Polar Windows". By far Polar windows were the most expensive. We're talking double what Weather Pro offered. Most salesmen brought samples of their windows and all seemed good quality. Rather than bore you with the reason I went with Weather Pro (who actually were the least expensive) I mention the process just to establish that I did my research. Now for the install and review. The good: Very friendly and knowledgeable salesman. No pressure and well organised. The windows came in a time frame that was expected (Covid not withstanding). The installers came early and were very careful not to damage anything and clean up after themselves. Two guys took 2 1/2 hours to install three windows! The price was very good for the quality of window and installation. The bad: A couple concerns. One of the windows was a little small for the opening (the outside frame didn't cover the hole). The installers filled the finger wide gap with silicon and my worry is that with weathering maybe that space will crack and leak. Time will tell. I was told that I could pay off the balance with a credit card (yeah points!). Which was true but very odd. The installer gave me a printed sheet that had all the categories on it and I had to fill it in. It looked very unofficial like someone had just printed a word document for me to use. In today's modern world that seemed archaic. Another concern is that I had to include the 3 digit number on the back of my card. Talk about having to trust! The bottom line is that I will use them again to install my next windows. The experience was pleasant and had no surprises. The windows look amazing and I can feel the difference in temperature they have made. ,
