β β β β β *Mixed Review* As a customer they did a GREAT job on windows and would rank them 5 stars for that. However in a Business To Business relationship, Best Windows & Doors did not pay their bill, and had to be taken to court for a judgment (Case: SC17-01-33444); I cannot endorse them for a B2B relationship.

β β β β β Had them supply and install rear doors after break-in. The door was not the one we wanted, unfortunately the order sheet had the wrong door on it and we signed for it. The installers seemed okay until the foreman showed up and insulted my wife's choice of door styles. Then proceeded to prove his lack of intelligence with the door install and it's operation. Tried to convince me the outer door didn't close properly because of the air lock. His fix was to open the screw on the cylinder so no resistance and the door would slam closed. The inside door was another issue. He knew nothing of how locks work. He tried to convince me the security pin on the bolt had to extend into the hole so as to take up the slack. He left. I removed the the screwed up items and applied it correctly. Absolutely no craftsmanship and no follow up from the owner

β β β β β First I purchased a roll of tinted vinyl for replacing my damaged sunroom window. I was told it was 31 inches wide as I needed 28. When I got to.my cottage and unrolled it, it was less and unusable. I went back and ordered the right size and 7 weeks later still no product. Most disappointing.

β β β β β 4 years ago we purchased front and back doors from Best Windows and Doors. Our experience with them was a positive one.....professional sales, installation and follow-up. Because of our positive experience we again made a purchase of a three season sunroom which is the best decision we have ever made! We love it and spend most of our time in it! We have recommended this company to our family, friends and neighbours without hesitation and have heard positive feedback from those who too have made the decision to go with Best Windows and Doors.

β β β β β Worst contactor I have ever used! Promised my windows in 8 weeks. When they came to install, they incorrectly-measured one window, accidentally broke another and were missing a third??. It took an additional 8 weeks to get the rest of my windows installed. I had burglar bars on my windows prior to install. They told me keeping the bars wouldn't be a problem. When it came time install the windows they said the bars had to be removed and couldn't be replaced. As the snow melted my 4 year old alerted me to the fact that Best left countless pieces of broken glass in my yard from the old windows. Called the owner, he wouldn't return my calls. When I finally got him on the line he couldn't have cared less about my concerns. 2 months after install, a window cracked. They said the glass was not under warranty so I had to call a repair person at my own expense to replace the glass. The repair person said the glass cracked because it was too large for the window (therefore stressed causing it to crack) The day after installation was complete they were practically harassing me for a check. Did I mention that it took four months to get my windows installed? Terrible service. Terrible quality windows. Don't ever use them. You will regret it. Believe me.

β β β β β Service above and beyond. We installed Weather master windows in our sunroom a year ago and are very pleased with the results. My dog ripped one of the door panels and I phoned to find out how I could repair it. They told me how to take the panel off the door, which took one minute and to bring it in. It took one hour for them to replace the screen in the panel at an extremely fair price. I highly recommend the product and company. Great service gives you peace of mind.

β β β β β The initial price of their windows is what attracted me to use this company in the first place. Unfortunately thats where things ended with these people for support. Caitlin, took many of my calls/emails asking for a window repair and finally told me we will have our window repaired (seal blown) by Christmas which was 2 months away. Well that never happened. The old adage rings true with this company, you get what you pay for. My advice would be to pick a different window company so this doesn't happen to you.
