I	Irene-Grace Bom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sad to report that Nancy V. treated me in a very unprofessional, rude and dishonest manner. When I cancelled an appointment due to illness (giving her several days notice so she could book someone else), she accused me of breaking the appointment. She later sent me a Zoom link for an appointment I had not even confirmed, then accused me of breaking that appointment, as well, and of causing her to lose money. When I pointed out the unfairness of such treatment, she did not acknowledge wrongdoing. She stated I could have taken the appointment from my bed or couch. She thus based her accusations on false assumptions about my health, assuming I was well enough to have an appointment, when I was not. She exerted pressure upon me to take a counselling appointment when ill by telling me I could not reschedule when well. She closed the door to future appointments by writing to me, "I wish you well and hope you can find closure and peace concerning your [situation]." Later, despite this comment, she denied she had closed the door to future counselling while still implying I had done a fault to her. Such conduct from a professional counsellor.is shocking. Such treatment greatly dishonors the name of Christ which she carries.
