★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a great counselor and have been seeing her off and on for 5-6 years! She is the best as far as I am concerned!! There are plenty of good counselors there and everyone is really nice and polite!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for couples councilling. Met with the councillor for 15mins and he said he can't help my partner and I and said we need to do individual councilling instead. We were supposed to have a 50min session and it was only 20mins and we still had to pay the full amount. Worst service what a scam and now we have to wait another 4weeks for another councillor to do individual sessions. Dont waste your time. Not going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see these guys for help and on the recommendation by the federal government for the program "male survivors of sexual assault " and they helped me out to a degree, then after moving back to BC I have been given the complete run around trying to access my file and notes from Daya to continue getting mental health help here in BC. Be very careful with this company and the help they offer. They only seem like they are willing to help if they are the ones getting paid to do so. Furthermore if you do get help from them except to be given the run around if you happen to move and want to continue getting help for mental health issues with a different company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting 21 weeks for someone to after two weeks be let down cause they had to leave I highly do not recommend daya counseling for anything of your mental health as they are a part of the failed mental health crisis in canada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 months of waiting and I still don't have a counsellor. I'll assume Daya non-profit prioritizes clients that will pay the highest fees for counselling services. Low-incomer's not a priority.
