My contract started 1Jan But so far dishwasher does not work. I am waiting to fix it I was taken two month parking fee January ??? I was told parking rent is $100 But they charged me 120$ because it changed the price Bad management The apartment is cold

The Water Pressure is AWFUL here, all year long. They say it is about Green-Building sth and not wasting water while they own a number of other buildings in which the water pressure is quite fine. Take 2250 Guy for example. (Believe me, I have lived in two of their buildings so far.) In Winters, the heating system always fails and the hot water takes minutes to start to get warm. It's terrible in the mornings.

Very good location, near everything (24hr grocery store and pharmacy) plus Mount-Royal park and Summit Woods. Nice building and elevators. The staff (especially Andreea the building manager) are very nice and understanding. Only cons : heating is included but very weak. Never more than 20 C in the apartment. The laundry in the building is quite pricey as well but at walking distance there is a 24h cheap laundry mat so it is not really a concern. They maintain the building clean constantly and the residents are nice. Would recommend!

While the building and area are reasonably safe, below my rental experience in this building and with the management office during the entire year of 2016: • Several short-term power outages: this might have caused the brand new refrigerator to stop working; • Regular elevator malfunction: heard elevator emergency alarm regularly (my suite was across the elevators) and was once locked in it; it wouldn't open the door, go up or down; • The apartment door bangs when it shuts: particularly annoying when people go in and out early in the morning and past mid-night and let the door shut by itself; • The shower water pressure is low, just enough, not decent; • No refund without presenting the receipt of security deposit: in my case, my lease ended on the Dec. 31, I dropped the keys into the rental-office's in-box; I got no refund and they refused to mail me an acknowledgement of receipt for the keys. I had to go back to pick up the document in person.

Very poor and unprofessional management from down [building manager] up to the head of management [general manager]. We called the senior management several time in vain, most of the time no one answers your call, and when they answer, you get only promises, nothing is solved. The managers PROMISED us to do so many repairs and renovations that they did not do. Many times the elevators do not function although there are two in the bldg. The behavior of the resident manager is very unprofessional and non respectful at times. She promises but does not keep her promise. The sink was closed and the resident manager did not take action until a complaint letter was officially sent to her. The apartment door of other apartments bang day and night causing us a troubled sleep. We complained about this issue to the building manager but no action was taken. Power shutdown several times, no generator in the building. Many times no hot water during winter. The air is leaking from everywhere causing the temperature to drop to almost 18 deg. C with our personal heating system running. Add at least $70 to your electricity bill and still the apartment is cold. The building heating system is very inefficient. It seems they want to save on fuel. The air is leaking from the walls, windows and the balcony door. The windows and doors are the very old type. I was forced to do many repairs and to apply silicon all over the windows and the balcony door to close them permanently during a period of 6-7 months. Overall experience was very bad. We were finally glad to leave this building.

From the moment we have moved to this apartment, we always had an issue. Thanks God the office guy, Sebastian, is polite and respectful. But he can not do anything about the problems. First, we have electricity issue, with turning AC on, or oven we lose electricity due to old breakers. Heating systems are awful. When u touch the radiator, you hardly know ghat they are on or off. I am wearing jacket inside home and most of the time under my blanket I work. The windows are too old, no insulation. That much loose are windows that the sound of wind is disturbing and curtains are moving. We had an issue with sink. It took 3 months to be fixed. We are second floor, not facing street. there is no light during winter. I like the location though. Near to everything, bus and metro station, down town, pharmaperix and metro 24 h. Apartment is clean and big enough too.

Be careful plz! They sign the lease and ask new tenant to pay one month in advance but they dont give you key! Yes. Yes. My lease started on 1th of the Jan but I have no key yet.
