It's a shame that they managed to make the living experience a living hell in an attractive downtown location. Where shall I start: 1) I get a notice around March stating that balcony repairs will take place on the entire building between March and June 30th. That is happening during a pandemic and a curfew where people are required to work remotely. Besides the psychological pain from the construction from 8 in the morning, there is no way you can carry out your job and have meetings/ Then, they never finished by June 30th as promised and when I asked the administration, they told me that they should finish supposedly by September. When I told them about their notice, they said that was only for one side of the building although the notice CLEARLY stated it was the ENTIRE building. Yes, they used the word "entire" in the notice which is a big word in this context. I have elderly family coming with health issues and they cannot tolerate such noise and can't simply leave the house in the early morning. This created a whole new problem for me and consequently with additional expenses to come up with an alternative plan. They could have at least been accurate with their notices, proof read them and updated tenants accordingly especially during those tough times. 2) Expect at least one elevator breaking down every other week. It's sacred building tradition and the experience is amplified during the pandemic when limited number of people can use an elevator at a time. 3) The mail room is in a blindspot where the doorman cannot see it and there are no security cameras there. Stealing packages is another feature this building enjoys. I had my packages stolen 3 times. It took 3 hours to get stolen from the time they were delivered. So make sure you schedule your presence with the delivery driver where you will be at their mercy. They have cameras in elevators but not in the mail room. Go figure Two stars is for the size of the apartment given the price you pay and the downtown location of the building.

Would have rated it a 0 star but that s not an option…I was considering moving into this building and was looking very forward for it, after calling to arrange a visit to check the apartment, an extremely unprofessional rude lady answered me, she lacks basic communication and refuses to wait 15 mins after hours just for the sake that we finish work at 5pm and need 5-10 minutes to be at the building, glad i got to know of this kind of management before even starting my lease.

Jackhammering today. Mid November. Was supposed to be done in JULY, and then AUGUST. So much jackhammering right on our balcony. As early as 7:30am. I’ve suffered hearing loss and NO financial compensation or communication from the building. Apartment manager blames construction company but why do they hire this one? Take responsibility for once! Be ready to contact rΓ©gie du logement a lot in your stay here. It’s unbelievable, it’s torture. Find somewhere else, preferably.

A very unhealthy and uncomfortable place to live in - 6 months of balcony repairs with intense loud jackhammer noises from 8 in the morning. All happening during a time in the pandemic where mobility is limited and people have to work remotely. No sort of precautions or compensation offered by the administration. They also misinformed tenants earlier by stating that the construction will end in July until I learn later it's extended to September at least. - No security in mail area. You can have your packages stolen very easily. - My AC broke down in the heat wave and no technician available until after more than 10 days. Administration didn't have a temporary unit to offer to me. I can't believe the building is at the mercy of one technician. - Elevator outages Administration don't care about the tenants, their comfort and do very little to improve the quality of residence there. This is the real life version of "The Shining". You can easily lose your mind here in 2021.

First of all, I am not pleased about the satisfaction program implemented by this company. It has done nothing for us so far. These landlords never reply to our emails and we are obligated to fight for ourselves. The building concierge is SO rude. Today, we asked about replying to our emails that were sent last month and her exact words were: β€œdo you think it is me who reads emails? what do you expect me to do about this?” Am I supposed to know who she is or what her job is? I was just asking for help β€” I am CERTAIN she knows who I can contact for this information. Plus, she said to resend the email so she can read it later. She literally lied to our faces. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I would like to give 0 stars but there is no such option so giving 1 star. I lived in this building in Apartment no 1808 for 1 year until my lease got ended. When I was leaving the building the management checked the apartment in front of us and then they initiated the refund process. When we reached India first of all the check was provided to me way late from the time which I was given, secondly even after the apartment inspection by the management on landlord's (Alessandra Crecco) comment a huge amount of 200$ as cleaning fees was deducted from the security deposit amount. When asked they told that they re-inspected the apartment and they found the appliances in the apartment dirty but I was given the appliances in the same condition which is completely unfair. Tenants I would like to bring this to your notice that as per the Quebec Civil Code law you are not obliged to pay any security deposit amount to the landlord or building management. (Attaching screenshot for reference) Also if you want to be on the safer side click the pictures of everything inside the apartment first and mail them to management. The building management only speaks for the landlord and not for the tenants which is not fair. If someone lives in the apartment for one years the apartment will not remain as clean as new. Deducting such a big amount of 200$ is just cheating as they knew that we cant come back and fight for it. Attaching some pictures of the apartment.
