★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most annoying things about this building is the construction. Apparently the construction workers ONLY work in the morning, often starting before 8am (sometimes on the weekends as well) and finish at 11-12. Renovations seems to be never ending as a new project starts every two weeks or so, and takes forever to finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before moving into the adjacent building 1444 think twice. Both buildings are managed by Timbercreek.
Here are the main issues:
1-Elevators stink because of lack of ventilation and it’s been two years now. The management does NOTHING to address the issue despite knowing about it. In hot weather, the lobby and the elevators get extremely hot (more than 35 degrees) and since there is no ventilation there’s an unpleasant stench that can be felt when you’re inside that makes you vomit.
2-There are homeless people sleeping in the building in the winter. I’ve seen them sleep in the lobby, I have seen them sleep on my floor. I’ve seen them sing in the staircase and I’ve heard them knock on my door after midnight. I’ve called the police two times so far.
Worse than all, the manager does nothing to address the issue. They’re extremely rude with a cavalier attitude. They always blame the tenants. The rents are extremely high (more than 1100 for a one bedroom) but they offer deplorable.

The positive reviews are most likely fake as the posters have only one review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a joke. The pictures posted on google contradict the reality of what the actual building looks like. Keeping in mind that the service is by far one of the worse. The staff is extremely unprofessional and impolite towards residents of the building. They take ages to reply to emails and when you have a complaint “ it is never there fault and make you feel as if you are a hallucinator and don’t know what you are talking about. The halls smell bad and the garbage chute is always stuffed with food. Utterly disgusting. Take my advice and avoid at all cost. There are many other residency’s that will offer you a better service for the money you are paying. PS: the prices are ridiculously high for what you are getting in return. The most unprofessional company in the history of Canada! Never seen worse in my entire life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Wifi doesn’t work well . Goes on and off , even if it’s included . Can’t work properly because of their wifi. When it’s on it’s only one bar with VERY SLOW INTERNET
2. Manager , is not comprehensible and never wanna help
3. Rent is not the same for everyone . Weird

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 4 years in this building and found it very convenient for university. I personally never had an accident during my stay over there. Very friendly, professional and polite staff especially Mrs. Eva Baktis.
If you are studying at Concordia. I recommend this place.
