★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When someone says they don't want an executive card don't sit and try and argue with them why they do ... What part of paying $35 more is free to you guys? I explained very clearly some of the items I bought weren't mine so I wouldn't be continuing to pay that much per year.. maybe open your ears instead of your wallets. I've said no at least 5 times now so to be called over to the customer service desk and argued with was completely unprofessional. What part of no thank you means argue more, give attitudes and reasons why your customer is wrong lol pushy culture isn't it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I go to this Costco there's always a problem. Whether its service members lying to me about my card and their memberships, and then getting upset at me when I tell them I'm not interested, gas station employees harassing me to get off my phone or to leave the pump after just getting into my car, or restaurant employees taking 40 minutes to make me a french fry. I always leave this place annoyed, and can never seem to have a pleasent shopping experience here. Odly enough, I can't say the same about any other Costco besides this one...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went way back in June. I was with a few people and they were being way too pushy on them getting memberships. Also at one point were about to pay I was about to use my friends card they told me you can't do that only a member can pay. I said ok. After that another employee came to ask if it's really my card. Horrible service I won't be going to this costco ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the better Costcos. Ample parking and a great selection of items, especially for suburban life. Much easier to park at than the Costco in Pointe-Claire and will usually not run out of items as quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone and their uncle were there on a Sunday afternoon. There are so many good items at Costco. The gas station was busy too. The best time to go is weekday mornings or close to closing. There are other stores and restaurants in the strip mall nearby, as well as a vet, SAQ, and healthfood store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve loved shopping at Costco Vaudreuil until recently. Lately when I’m at the cash I’m told there’s a block on my card. The first time I was worried and the cashier said they tried mailing me something but I didn’t get it and had to go over the service counter. The truth came out as it was to try and sell me an upgrade to my membership that I didn’t want. This has happened multiple times and has become harassment. Today the cashier lied saying I must of moved and need to speak to someone at the service counter. I said no but then another employee took over and was very rude with me when I refused to give her my membership card. I trust the store manager will read this and put a stop to this continued harassment.
