★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not one to complain about service at all but it seems they changed some staff and the new people there are incredibly rude no help at all. I recommend purchasing contacts from FYI doctors instead much more helpful and price matched costco for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an older lady (Louise) assist me in picking out glasses. I brought my bf along and asked if he could come help me choose. She said no and he had to stand on the other side of the till. I understand for covid reasons but it’s not like the area was busy or anything it would of been 3 people in that area. This made it hard for him to help me choose different styles. I wanted to try on different sizes/styles and she said no cause it too big of a frame. I had no say in choosing frames, multiple times she shut down frames I was interest in only because they were too big. Her attitude through out the whole thing was very discourteous. Not impressed by the customer service at the optical department. I went there a year ago and had very friendly people help me find frames that suit me. I would not recommend shopping here if you do not need to. I ended up going to FYI doctors and they were super helpful and very friendly.
