★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to Ray Dahl's twice now and I am very impressed with the professional care. I have had a detached retina, and as a result my eye glass prescription is complicated. My glasses have fit correctly, and the selection of frames is excellent. Last time, I bought new Maui Jim's there as well. Thanks so much!

I especially found the pre-testing staff member to be very knowledgeable and friendly. Will recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in the ability of their “lab”. Approaching almost a month now for glasses lenses that were supposed to be ready in 2 weeks! If I don’t receive them tomorrow, expect to see me post a fully detailed complaint.
Update: got my glasses today. Still disappointed about how long the lab took, but I am very happy with the final product. Staff was very helpful and patient with my questions. Even though I’ve worn glasses all my life, these are my first Progressive lenses. Thanks for preparing me for the new experience. See you next time.
