★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is fantastic not sure why all this negativity. They follow all Covid protocalls and ask for you to knock when you get there if more than two you need to wait outside.
Also were accommodating when I showed up 20min late but I did call ahead.
If I could give 10 stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an eye exam done Jan 2020 - felt like a rush job by Dr. Ho but accepted the prescription I was given. Had it filled at a private optical shop. Never happy with the script so finally March 1 this year had my eyes rechecked by my doctor who had been doing it for years. I had made the switch since I moved to Kitchener from another county. Learned at my new exam that my script was the same as 2014 and my eyes has been improving since, so definitely the wrong script. Contacted the organization who owns this business only to be told that they will not assist with the cost of getting the proper glasses (700$) but would recheck my eyes? Why would I do that when I just had them done. They said they we very sorry and that they were only responsible to the script. There was also a suggestion that my current script might be wrong and that if I went to different spots, I could get variations in the script. Interesting that Dr. Ho even had my astigmatism in the wrong eye! That sounds like a diverting the “blame”. To me, they go hand in hand. So, for me and anyone who might read this, I would suggest you look somewhere else. Not worth the ease of accessibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Optical centre couldn’t get my contact lenses in time because they said they don’t like to order trials and boxes at the same time even though I said I’ve worn these for years and was travelling in a few weeks so now I have to go somewhere else
So they could have helped me by ordering the boxes now but chose not to as it was too inconvenient for them
