They were easy to deal with and always kept in contact with me even though it took a few weeks to order in some parts I needed (new bumper and new step rails). I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contemporary Coachworks will make your vehicle look good and they will provide nice customer service however in my case their workmanship was shoddy and they are not honouring their lifetime warranty saying "rust is not covered". Some history first. I bought this Honda van new on April '06 and it was involved in a parking lot fender bender in the summer of '06. I took it to Contemporary and they fixed it so it looked good as new. By 2013 it started to rust badly and I took it back and they repaired it. See the paperwork attached. Now fast forward to 2018 and it's rusting again as evidenced by the attached photos. This time they are not going to repair it claiming rust isn't covered. I may be unreasonable expecting their work to last so long but no other part of my always garaged and washed van is rusting except where Contemporary did their bodywork. Would not recommend this body shop if you are planning to keep your vehicle for more than 5 or so years beyond the repair.
Edit - the owner replied but I dispute what he is saying. The area where it is rusting is definetly where they did their bodywork along with the sliding door. There is no rust on any other area of the vehicle.

They completely take your situation into their hands, arrange for your courtesy vehicle, pre-ordering parts that are needed so that your vehicle is being worked on right away. Their finished product is second to none. You won't be disappointed.

The front office, the estimators and the shop floor staff were professional, courteous and considerate. It's clear that this is a well-run, competent outfit. Great job! Highly recommended!
