★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to pick up 2 small bends, no one would assist us. No staff would help other then to rudely advice us that though there is no signage we are constantly in the wrong place. We only had to come here because they screwed up our order in several different ways. No one inside were wearing masks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t stand behind their products. Tried to exchange defective product, got the rudest attitude and sent out the door, guess they don’t care about loyal customers. My company will never buy building products here again. Do not recommend. Don Middleton the “managing director” should not be speaking to customers or this company is going to suffer - check out the other reviews, they say the same thing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in there today with a downspout issue and saw on their website they actually had 2 5/8" X 2 5/8" downspout materials where some of the big box retailers just don't. My apologies for not grabbing their names but the lady at the front desk was super helpful and double-checked with this other gentleman about some of the questions I had. End result, they showed me how to fix my issue and provided me with the right materials to get it fixed! Big thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Managing director Don is very rude and has zero respect for the customers. I went there to return some drip caps that sustained some damages. This person asked me to leave the store immediately and didn't even let me buy the stuff that I wanted. I have no more words to describe how bad i felt in front of the whole staff. Read other reviews about the same person.

The staff values customer service, and I have known the managing director to go out of his way to provide extra help and support. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been buying from Wayne products for well over 20 years; there is good reason why I keep coming back. ALL the staff go above and beyond to be as helpful as they can - it is a busy place for a reason !!! People need to appreciate that everyone is human and we all make mistakes. These are crazy times in the entire world - please be patient and show understanding; we often do not see what goes on, on the other side of their desks. Any true Calgarian knows this industry is either slow or full bore in our great city !

We value the knowledge and expertise of the front office, they are always welcoming and friendly. The guys out back are great to deal with and are always working hard to fill the orders and get the contractors back to work.
