It says dog friendly but it's not really dog friendly. They only allow pets under 15 pounds which is basically a mouse. I've seen heavier rats in New York. We applied for an apartment with them and was told our dog would not be a problem. We paid $100 to secure an apartment and it took them 3 weeks to tell us we have been denied because of our dog. That's 3 weeks of time I could have been looking for another place and $100 I have not gotten back.

I lived in le Central for over 2 years, every month people are moving out because the units have horrible soundproofing, very small for the amount being paid and the service is horrible. The person managing tenants, Vanessa literally told my neighbour that if she knew she had kids, she would have never rented to her because the building is not designed for children. The Club was closed for COVID and although it is included in rent, no reimbursements were offered. The buildings were originally designed for mature couples, but Junic quickly realized that younger people showed more of an interest in the units, and the community quickly turned from mostly retired people and young professionals to very young, and immature. From what I heard, the people in the units that were for sale are currently in a lawsuit against Junic because the Le Central rentals completely devalued their properties and forced them to have to share the club (they pay condo fees for) with tenants, Stay away at all costs, it's really not worth the cost to be in a new place that was built poorly.

Cookie cutter design and built just to get people in, but not to stay longterm. Junic does not care about accessibility for all. No handi-cap doors in all the new units that I have seen. I live in Central and there is a ramp, but no handi-cap door???? How the hell can someone in a wheelchair get in or out if they are alone? Sad to see the priorities of Junic. Really disappointed with the service in general. Every resident seems to have a different story. Some being able to do one year leases, some two, some forced to pay for underground parking, some getting dogs approved then revoked. My previous home was from purchased from Junic five years ago. Great experience. The quality and honesty of the builder has dropped dramatically. Pricing changes without notice. The apartment is decent, customer service is non existent, good luck.

The apartments are nice, however all the other things not working they way they should, make u think u r in the wrong place, bedrooms are super small, there is not a dedicated customer service agent u can talk to, u have t9 use the app and cross yiur fingers u dont have an emergencyin a wekend or after business hours, it clearly shows Junic doesn't care about u but just about making more $, being a construction this big, how's that possible, no customer service? gym is not what u expect and the schedule is not flexible, same for the pool, so u can't use anyway as is too small for so many people & when u r done working is already busy or too late, to make it worse all this time under construction u have no place to walk, no parks, the park next to the library is a joke. Is very sad to see how thye have destroyed all green areas and keep on constructing new building non stop without thinking that we need also walking trials, real parks, green areas. In addition, be ready to not to b able to sleep many times due to.the smell to cannabis from other apartments and no solution for that,, also, there should be like a 24hr help or agent, if something happens u have no-one to.contact. therefore thus appt are overpriced for what you receive. they just care about constructing more to make more $, but dont even invest in providing a great customer experience, and a meaningful experience to its tenants that are paying a lot more than nirmal to live here, if any issues with the apartment they will try to send u to the manufacturer and then good luck with that, the Nox buildings, too many appartement for one building, only one elevator, paying for pool and gym non existent, not even a walking trail exist, super small parkings, the balcony 4th floors have no roof :( none sense) they are taking advantage knowing the high demand if rental apartments :(

Expérience désastreuse - Disastrous experience - Extremely poor construction and worse property management. A 3-year old building flooded and all residents were displaced and given 12 days to move. My unit was used as a construction garbage disposal and they are refusing to pay damages, moving or storage costs!

Terrible property management. Disorganized, extremely slow response rate. The inclusive internet cuts out constantly, good look getting through a zoom call without dropping. It took them 5 days to respond to my ticket about my parking pass not working, meanwhile I had to park on the street and receive tickets. Their response? "Junic never told you to park on the street". Where else would I park if I can't get access to the parking garage? Rent from Brigil or someone who actually has management staff.
