G	Guillaume Tousignant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvaise attitude au téléphone, nous fais sentir comme si on était en train de les voler lorsqu’on paye de notre poche pour retourner des articles. À deux coup au téléphone le représentant du service à la clientèle (David) à été autain avec nous. Nous explique à plusieurs reprise qu’il est déçu de la façon que nous avons gérer le retour alors qu’en réalité, c’est nous qui est déçu d’avoir un article qui ne fait pas. Non on a pas lavé le morceau, l’étiquette est encore sec, oui on l’a essayé une fois pour voir s’il faisait, oui le morceau avec des petits fils qui sortait lors de la réception et on a pas appeler pour se faire rembourser et non votre service de retour n’était pas simple alors on à payer nous même pour le retourner à votre addresse à nos frais. Nous faire sentir coupable lorsque c’est un simple retour d’article.. Avoir su qu’on avait à gérer l’attitude de David au téléphone, on aurait mieux fait de donner les morceaux à des amis.. Dommage parce que le linge était de bonne qualité. Very bad attitude on the phone, makes us feel like we are stealing them when paying out of pocket to return items. Two calls over the phone the customer service representative (David) was in touch with us. He tells us over and over that he's disappointed with the way we have handled the comeback when in reality it is we who are disappointed to have an article that does not. No we have not washed the piece, the label is still dry, yes we tried it once to see if it was doing, yes the piece with small threads that came out during the reception and we did not call to be getting a refund and not your return service was not easy so we had to pay ourselves to return it to your address at our expense. Make us feel guilty when it's a simple return of an article. Having known that we had to manage David's attitude on the phone, we would have done better to give the songs to friends. Too bad because the laundry was of good quality.

Recharge possible de votre savon à mains, à lessive, à vaisselle ou achat de leurs contenants 4 litres dans des boîtes de carton. Bon, bon pour l'environnement. Chez Habitude design, vous trouverez que des produits conçus et fabriqués entièrement au Canada!!! J'adore... Surveillez leur site internet car ils déménagent fin août 2020. Shop where we find cleaning products favored in Montreal, "The unscented company". Possible refill of your hand, laundry, dish soap or purchase of their 4 liter containers in cardboard boxes. Okay, good for the environment. At Habitude Design, you will find products designed and manufactured entirely in Canada !!! I love... Watch their website because they are moving at the end of August 2020.

Tous est fait au Québec ou pas trop loin. Allez y faire un tour!! Superb store with lots of great products. Less expensive than I thought I was paying. It's a must to find the perfect gift. Everything is done in Quebec or not too far away. Go check it out!!

Un mini pot de tartinade de noisettes pour une somme de 15$ , des cottons ouaté a 150$, un petit barre de savon a 8$ , bref c’est pas un endroit que tu vas tous les jours. J’ai enlevé un étoile a cause des prix et aussi il y a 2 propriétaires, une femme et un homme, l’homme n’a pas l’art du service a la clientèle ,ne dit pas bonjour quand tu rentres,toujours sur la défensif avec les clients, par contre la femme est super gentille et offre un service a la clientèle impeccable . Very nice shop with local products and artisans. If you have a small budget go your way, the prices are extremely high. A mini jar of hazelnut spread for $15, cotton wool for $150, a small bar of soap for $8, in short, it's not a place you go to every day. I removed a star because of the prices and also there are 2 owners, a woman and a man, the man does not have the art of customer service, does not say hello when you come back, always on the defensive with the customers, on the other hand the woman is super nice and offers impeccable customer service.

Mes achats de Noël sont déjà complétés grâce à ce magasin! Wow I've never seen a store like this. The products are all Canadian and of quality. There is something for everyone. My Christmas shopping has already been completed thanks to this store!
