Avis aux futurs employés : Cet employeur est tout simplement irresponsable. Mon conjoint se faisait parler dans le dos constamment. Ils n'ont pas assez de mains d'oeuvres et trop de casques blancs ce qui crée trop d'attentes irréelles sur les travailleurs. En plus, les employés se ridiculisent entre eux-mêmes (les avis Google à propos de l'humiliation de groupe sont véritables), se parlent dans le dos, certains employeurs sont forts sur la menace de cessation de travail non conforme... bref, ce n'est pas un milieu de travail sain. Restez loin de Construction JPL.

I would highly recommend staying away from this company. They are not not qualified at all and very unprofessional to deal with.

They did a weather related claim to my house and the end result was well done. They where well organized.

I would never recommend JPL-First on site even though it was referred by our insurance company! Even tough their moto was 'Your property is our first priority' they treated and neglected our file in a cavalier fashion and did not communicate effectively on the progress.Was a disapointment!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STAR I WOULD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IT'S BEEN A YEAR AND A HALF AND MY JOB IS STILL NOT COMPLETE. You're better off doing your own work yourself. We contacted JPL through our condo for a leak. From the moment the work began at our place it was a COMPLETE AND UTTER HEADACHE. They told us they would come, made us take days off work numerous times because they complained we had busy work schedules and then didn't show up EVERY TIME! The first time they came they said they fixed the problem, even though my fiancee told them he still heard leaking. Well after 3 weeks they came back and low and behold it was still leaking! shocker. They then realized they had to remove all flooring in the condo and left us with concrete flooring and DID NOT COME BACK FOR 2 MONTHS MINIMUM. calling them does absolutely nothing because no one answers and if they do, they let you leave a message and don't call you back. In february 2018 we began trying to call them once again because floor pieces were coming apart (they are now completely off the floor). I've called over 5 times and explained the entire situation to a receptionist, only to be told I had to leave a message for a lady who is in charge of "warranty." I've left countless messages for this imaginary person only to find out after 3 weeks of calling and leaving voicemails that this lady actually does not exist. Who was getting all these voicemails?? When we finally got a call back they didn't even know my name, address, problem even though it was repeated on every single voicemail we left. Finally got in contact with someone on May 1st. He contacted the same idiot who was in charge of us in the first place. And once again, waiting for call backs for over 3 months (February to today! still no call back).

This is the worst provider of services ever. How they get paid and retain business is a question, they have to be the least professional least competant company in Quebec. I would rather hire children to do the work as you will receive the same quality and attention to detail. I wish I could work in a job where it dosent matter what you do because you have a job the next day

Ex employe ( i quit because that company is a real joke :) please if you consider doing business with them, reconsider ) Never saw such a bad leadership from every rank in the company, group humiliation, no attention to details, they want the job done fast not well. After talking with multiple companies during my time with jpl they all said that in the ottawa/gatineau region jpl is the worst ... i wish they would take some time off and change a lot of things because there’s a lot of potential in the teams that i worked with. Ive never seen a company that cant keep employees like that.
