★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there were a 2.5 stars, that's what I'd give to be more accurate. My experiences were generally really good here until Covid happened. We're getting close to bankruptcy and losing our house, and there was an NSF I asked them to waive because it was the error of paypal/first calgary and was out of my control, but they wouldn't do it. So I switched banks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked First Calgary for 20 years.
Lately they have gone so far downhill.
They moved to a new website that at first did not work at all. Months later it mostly works but sometimes just does nothing when you try to do a transaction. The new website is poorly setup and is childish with bouncing balls and hearts to click on for your favorite transactions.
The last straw was the changes to their small business accounts.
Sorry First Calgary, I though you were great for a long time but you have changed. Now I have had to spend hours of my personal time to move to a new bank.
I however have always found the people in the branches are really quite nice.
