★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Book a appointment 3 weeks ago for a person who is handicap and has been waiting for a hip replacement for almost a year. When we show up to the appointment they the rude receptionist cancel the apt with the excuse that the person who do the testing was coming late and will have not time see him.
I am very sad to see this happening, it was very simple to make a phone call and cancel the appointment.
