★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into their office looking for a plastic cover for the piece that goes inside the ear. I was informed the doctor was out of town.I told the receptionist i didn't need the doctor just a replacement cover and showed her what i meant. She then informed me i would have to make an appointment the following wednesday. You would think they would have the little wee plastic cover for the in-ear piece on hand . It's just ridiculous. Why are they even open if the doctor isn't even available.A complete waste of my time and bus fare. I would definatly not recommend this outlet to anyone who believes in quality customer care.
