Dr. Kemp and his team are very caring, compassionate professionals. It is difficult to hear that a hearing problem is permanent. But Dr. Kemp and his team did a thorough assessment, explained the problem carefully and offered help in living with the problem. I felt cared for as a person. Thank you Dr. Kemp and your team.

Jason and his staff, at both locations, have looked after my hearing aid needs for 25 years. Their commitment to service and treating the customer right from the moment a person walks in the door are just two of the reasons why I give them 5 stars. Thank you for all that you have done for me.

We normally get our hear aid batteries here, 80 batteries for 60 bucks. Upon our visit today, we found that this office has hiked their price to 100 for 80 batteries. These are an essential part of every day lives. Shame on you for hiking you price... especially while the exact same batteries are 25 bucks for 60 batteries on amazon.

***UPDATE: The service had still been great although they took over two weeks to mail me my results...*** I walked in and after asking me to fill in the usual form, I was asked if I needed a coffee or tea, which was simply amazing! The ladies at the front desk were very kind, and friendly which I consider as important any business. The actual looks and design of the offices and lobby is also quite nice. Not judging a book by its cover, but it had a very professional feel to it, without being over the top. Nice & clean, allowing the customer to feel right at home. Also, the individual offices allow for privacy, which is quite nice. It is not always easy to talk about one's health problems to anyone, and the privacy is one thing that can help feel more at ease. The room for the hearing test is nice, built well, and overall what you would expect from a professional sound isolating booth. Jason Kemp was the one to attend to my needs that day, and he was very nice and welcoming. He presented himself well, and really made sure I felt comfortable speaking to him about any concerns I had. I took the time to listen to my situation, and recommended me with suggestions that would benefit me in the future. Smiling the whole time, he also made the conversation friendlier by adding comments here and there about his personal life and how he got into this business. Another thing that I appreciated was that he really took the time to explain the technical aspect of what happens to the ear when say you work in a loud environment for a long period of time. I personally like to understand the situation as much as possible, and it also shows how much he knows about what he is talking about, adding to the value of his recommendations and service. (This is not written by someone paid by the company, I was simply a first time visitor.) I recommend Kemp Hearing Centres for those looking to have their ears checked out or taken care of by a professional Audiologist.

I have had to use hearing aides since I was in my 20's so had seen quite a number of Audiologists in the Winnipeg area until I chanced upon Dr. Kemp. As I am still working full time but also completely deaf on one side thanks to botched surgery by a ENT Surgeon, I was struggling immensely and feeling extremely frustrated with my major hearing loss. Most audiologists only have a BA or Masters at most, Dr. Kemp went that extra length and pursued his doctorate. His knowledge, technical skill and his competence made all the difference in my situation. He tweaked my hearing aide beyond the limits set by the factory and made a huge difference in my hearing. This will be the only specialist I will see for my needs. In addition, thanks as well to his kind staff which compliment this great team.

The team at Amplifon are definitely the best, professionally. I found them to be very welcoming and definitely very approachable. Time was taken to answer all my questions. I am very excited to experience a new world that is going to open for me. Thank you for your help.

I have been to many different Hearing Aid places over the years. After a very strange experience at another clinic nearby, I decided to give Amplifon a try. What a breath of fresh air.
