The gentleman that sold this told me that they were out of stock and that I would be contacted when it came in to pick it up. When I went they "forgot" that it was a package deal and that I had already paid for this. They wanted an additional $28.00 but would give me $5.00 off. I told them I'm not paying for the same product twice, and will going forward go to a more reputable company, Brutal!!!!!

I was worried that the process of obtaining and trialing the machine would be difficult, but the experienced and very kind staff at the Pembina Hwy location took the time to teach/explain everything. They were very thorough and made certain that my daughter knew how to use/clean her machine. We greatly appreciate their calm and caring attitudes! ?

To add insult to injury, they closed all the other location in Winnipeg leaving this as the only one. I'd tell you more, but I work for a living so i'm unable to actually make it there by 4pm.

I have a job where I cant have a phone beside me, nor be answering my personal phone infront of my clients. This just shows how disposable your customers/clients really are, and how unimportant their day-to-day is compared to your own services. Thanks for turning this into a negative experience right from the get go. I would award zero stars if I could.
