P	Pat Chu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genuinely helpful service and support from Connect Hearing in Richmond, BC. My mother first noticed last year that her hearing was not as good as before and went to Connect Hearing and purchased a customized hearing aid. Recently her hearing aid stopped working while we were out, and we called Connect Hearing to ask how we could resolve this. We were immediately transferred to their in-house specialist who was very patient in talking us through the steps to reactivate the hearing aid remotely. Winnie Wong was so helpful to fix the issue by phone which we appreciate very much. We went into Connect Hearing yesterday to ask a question on the hearing aid and Winnie asked if she could do a cleaning and a check of the hearing aid to make sure it was working optimally, which we also very much appreciate. Winnie is onsite daily during the week and it is now very convenient to book appointments. Nicky Li in the front office is very helpful when we call with questions and reminds us with scheduling regular hearing tests. It's a great team at Connect Hearing in Richmond, BC -- thank you!

Well I went yesterday and different story will never go there again .yesterday and see

P	Paul Lau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicky was very friendly at the reception desk. Makes you felt very welcome. I was address by my name when I walk into the clinic. She was also very helpful with questions I have for her. It seems she is new at this clinic. Very friendly and helpful individual. Sherly, the audiologist, was very helpful, she asked all the right questions which help my hearing issue. I have brought a pair of Hearing Aid months ago prior to Sherly's arrival. It was not calibrating correctly. Sherly has a lot of patience with all my questions and re-calibrate the Hearing Aids by have my hearing re-tested. Then she took the time to recalibrate the pair hearing aid and re-test them again with me wearing them on with another machine to ensure they are working for me properly. I must say, my hearing now is 100 times better before I went to see her. I must say, Sherly is a passionate professional and knowledgeable in her field of audiologist. Welcome to Richmond. I will highly recommend my friends or anyone in needs of hearing issue to see Sherly.

Made an appointment. When we got there, they made us wait. And couldn't do a thing for us. They were very rude about it. We will not be going back to that clinic
