T	Titus Young on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angie has excellent reviews on Yelp and other websites. I called her office for a hearing test but they were full and not able to see me until the following week. The receptionist put me on the waiting list and called me back couple of days later as another patient could not make their appointment. The clinic is modern and the receptionist is very polite, professional and efficient. She speaks fluent Mandarin which makes it easier to communicate. The hearing professional Angie took the time to explain the results and provided different hearing aids brands/models for me to choose . The price was very reasonable and comparable to Costco. I ended up choosing the rechargeable hearing aids and am loving it. I just charge them overnight and I can use them the whole day. It is so marvelous that the hearing aids can connect to my cell phone too! What a difference this made for me at the work and in social gatherings!

Angie, the technician, and Tracy, the clinic manager were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Angie was extremely thorough with her work - it is obvious she cares greatly about her patients, and is meticulous in producing hearing devices of premium quality. I have no issues with the fit of my devices whatsoever. Tracy took the time, and care to communicate extremely clearly, and efficiently with me throughout the entire process. She definitely made the process, which was completely foreign to me, seamless, and comfortable. I would definitely encourage everyone to visit Central Hearing Clinic for any of their needs. You will not be disappointed!

She provided good advice on selecting hearing aids and provided quick response and service for any hearing aid issue. The reception was nice too. She was attentive and polite. All of this was a learning curve for me, but Angie was so fantastic! From start to finish, she has just been a phenomenal help. We came here in an emergency, my boyfriends hearing aids both died on the same day(they were old), and he had work in 2 days. We were in an absolute panic to try to get the ball rolling. My boyfriends father had been going here and recommended we call Angie. Thank god we did! She fit us in the same day. Within less than a week my darling had his new hearing aids. Not only that, but these new ones are SO AMAZING and have literally increased his quality of life. He said it is a night and day difference from before. He never has had that experience while getting hearing aids before. He hated the whole process. But every time we have come to deal with Angie she is so easy going, helpful and fast. She also explains everything to me as well so I know how to take care of them too and so I’m able to help my boyfriend. I HIGHLY recommend Central Hearing Clinic!!

R	R Mau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Dr Kwong's hearing clinic. My 85 year old Dad has lost almost all of his hearing. He had bad experience with an older hearing aid from 10+ years ago. Since his first visit at Central Hearing Clinic, he's been impressed with the professionalism by Dr Kwong. My whole family was amazed the first day he took the hearing aid home. It's indeed life-changing. We no longer need to yell to communicate with him. He even complained that we were noisy. And he no longer turned to a volume level on the TV which was unbearable by other family members. I highly recommend the battery charger (without the need to exchange battery) even though it costs $500. It definitely enhances the whole usage experience. One should never expect an elderly this age to handle changing the tiny battery.

The clinic also provides regular cleaning and maintenance of the hearing aids. We can’t thank Dr Kwong and her excellent staff enough for all their care and support.
