Two items $32.95
Three items $43.95
Four items $55.95
Combos also include streamed rice, choice of Hot & Sour Soup or Chicken with Sweet Corn Soup.
I chose the following items for my Three Item Combo:
Eggplant with Minced Pork & Salted Fish was really delicious & saucy. But I did not taste enough of the Salted Fish tho.
Sweet and Sour Pork with good sized pieces, not heavily battered and not too sweet or tart. And Spice & Pepper Pork Chop... the meat was tender and juicy.
Also added fried rice Yeung Chow style. A classic that's always a favourite with BBQ Pork, Shrimp, Peas and Egg.
I would definitely order from Congee Wong again. Can't go wrong here with quality dishes and generous portions. A good selection dishes is offered on the menu for you to create your own combo. The combos are a cash deal only.
There are two locations, at Promenade Mall in Thornhilll and Bayview Hill Centre ( 1 Spadina Rd) in Richmond Hill.

β β β β β Came back here for take out for the first time since the pandemic has started, felt that the portion is smaller though the taste still great. Understandable since the pandemic must have incurred some loss of profit in the business. Picked up food around dinner time and the small waiting area was packed with people waiting to pick up their food - making social distancing rather impossible. But take out service was fast, I picked up my food within 4 min of entry to the restaurant (I called to order in advance on the way to the restaurant). Congee Wong allow MC/Visa payment for >$20 order and Debit for >$10 order.

β β β β β They offer a great selection on their take out menu. The portion and price were reasonable. The staff was friendly. The fried rice & noodles were tasty but not oily. Will definitely go back!
It was really nice to finally go back for dine in service. The restaurant was decent and their service was consistent. The food tasted as good as take out during the lockdown period. We enjoyed the tea set and a la carte menu very much.

β β β β β I feel totally ripped off by this location. I ordered a Salt & Pepper Spiced Seafood (Scallop, Shrimp, Squid), thereβs NO SCALLOP inside, and only HALF FULL (see picture), I went to their other location, and the portion is WAY WAY BIGGER. I also ordered a fried vegetable, and thereβs noodle mixed in. So I would say, do not go to this location!

β β β β β First time went here since pandemic. Glad to see that food and service were as good as before, actually it might be even better. We have BBQ duck rice noodle soup and BBQ pork rice noodle soup for lunch, both were tasty. Waitresses were very friendly and always with a smile (I could feel it even they weared a mask LOL)

β β β β β Food and service are not bad. We were quickly seated and didnβt wait too long for food either.
The bbq pork has a lot of fat but at least the skin is crispy.
One star deducted for the uncomfortable seating. We keep feeling cold draft from the front door even though we are not the closest table to the front door.

β β β β β This restaurant has decent food and services. They have great selections of breakfast and afternoon tea combo for decent price. Their congee combo comes with noodles and deep fried dough. Itβs truly great value.
