β β β β β We greatly appreciate 5 Star cleaning emergency team, Bob and his crew for responding so quickly to our call and getting to our house on time, well prepared and very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable in providing sewage back cleaning services. Any kind of flood could be nigh mare for any one house but sewage back up seen is worse of all. 5 Star team convert my nightmare to adventure, I learned a lot to prevent any flood to my house. hopefully. They were able to prevent some secondary damage to our contents in basement since we were able to act quickly in asking for their help .After 2 weeks , our basement is dry, better than before. We happily recommend their amazing water damage services and fair cost to anyone , you never know when it happens, when it happens , it is good to have a great company to relay on.

β β β β β We greatly appreciate and very happy and satisfied beyond believe the amazing water damage services we got during holidays. Having Family Christmas party is stress by itself, and having your house flooded is nightmare is even worse, looking for 24/7 flood services is another pressure. 5 star restoration 24/7 holiness was one of he first company to respond at 1.00 am on Saturday morning, tor call, Bob was patiently and professionally answered all our questions and concerns. He said they will get our basement back to normal by Tuesday morning, just on time for X-mass Eve party. We decided to hire them to manage our flooded basement. Their emergency crew came over in less than an hour, they extracted the heavy water, took out all the wet underapd, disinfected the areas and set up their equipment for 4 days. After drying process was done, they installed new under pad ,stretch and clean the carpet. as Bob promised, we were able to carry on with our family party., We were very impressed with 5 Star cleaning amazing water damage Restoration and repair services. We happily recommend them to others. happy Holidays.

β β β β β If I could give 0 stars, I would. Bare with me before making a decision to go forward with this company.
We called to make arrangements for cleaning services and were quoted one price for 4 cleaners which would be the initial fee with an additional per cleaner per hour. After an hour we were then informed that the quote was incorrect and that the actual fee was 200 more. We proceeded with their services because of the reviews they received and under the impression they were qualified to accomplish the job.
We informed both Lisa (supervisor) and Daniel of the state of our home (post renovated). But when the cleaners came (which by the way only 3 showed up) they didnβt have a vacuum or necessary supplies to achieve the desired cleanliness we requested. We called to cancel the services, and explained the situation to Bob and he responded βclearly you donβt know how to cleanβ β extremely uncalled for and unprofessional.
Due to the contract we signed we allowed them to clean the first four agreed upon hours. During this time, they cleaned one bedroom and started the second one.
Upon coming home, the cleaning was absolute garbage (see images). For 600$ 1 room master bedroom and itβs en-suite weβre βcleanedβ if you even consider that clean.
Iβd really like to know how they received such positive reviews. Save your money and hire a competent cleaning company.

They did a great job in drying and restoring our house back to normal in 5 days. They were punctual and knowledgeable and came in to monitor the drying process. β β β β β We greatly appreciate and very happy with 5 star amazing sofa and rug cleaning result and services. They were friendly, polite and great customer services that we got recently. We were looking for trustable company for a while until I asked my co-workers if they knew someone? They were refereed to us by my co-worker that she is their regular happy customer for house, rug and carpet cleaning. Since we had few fine hand made rugs, runners and sofas that needed cleaning after few years of using them, So I decided right there and then and I called them. Bob and Danial arrived on time, after measuring and assessment of these rugs , they pick them up to be washed in their plant, Bob reassured us that they will be cleaned professionally where there wonβt be damage or discoloration or any problem in washing in plant. We got them back in 5 days. The pick up and delivery was free. They cleaned our sofa at home which was great.
The cleaning result was beyond our believes. They seems like brand new, fresh and very clean rugs that we enjoy them every day. Thank you Bob for your amazing rug cleaning services. We happily recommend them to others.

β β β β β 5 Star cleaning done an amazing job for second time using their services, for cleaning package that they did for us recently moving in to new house, We needed deep house cleaning, carpet cleaning and stretching, our dining chairs and sofa cleaning plus few rugs that needed to be picked up for cleaning,They were able to organize the different crew on one day to clean everything for such an great price. we were very happy with their customer services and amazing cleaning result. Great, fast and professional services on on such a late evening on weekend. Return from a week away vacation to found out our kitchen and basement area were flooded?? 5 Star water damage late evening on Saturday, they send their emergency crew in, managed th flood beautifully. We were panicking but they assured us nothing to worry about. There will not be any further secondary water damage and no mold formation in future, They got our flooded kitchen and basement back to norm after 6 days and repaired all the damages. We were very impressed by their excellent job. All the cost was covered by our insurance company. We recommend Their great services to others.

β β β β β I would admit that I was not sure if I'm making a right choice, finding the Five Star Cleaning Company when searching for a water damage company in my neighbourhood on the web and just gave it a try. Based on the conversation I had with Bob from that company, I felt they should be professional and have good experience on water damage issues. They came over to my place and handled the situation very well. Their crew were well-trained and followed the standards. Overall, I think I made a right choice as they manged the problem very well. After their actions and four days of leaving their equipments running, the damaged area became well dried... I would highly recommend them to others.

Danial quickly responded to my call and arrived in less than an hour to repair the extensive water damage to the ceiling, kitchen and living area. The team was very efficient, fast, friendly, and professional and I was happy to see that everything was dry and fixed in less than 4 days.
