★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent seminar on Social Media Strategy. Doug (presenter) was knowledgeable and entertaining. The session was very interactive - a lot of information was shared by Doug in a short time but he encouraged participants to ask questions and share their own experiences. A comprehensive list of resources was shared for further self-study. I would highly recommend attending training offered by Communicatto Academy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've taken a few sessions from Communicato, led by Doug Lacome on digital strategy now. Recently unemployed, I've appreciated Communicatto offering free sessions to those of us job searching. I plan to return the gesture when I am in a better position to pay it forward.
Doug is a great, honest and direct presenter. I appreciate his glib sense of humour. He has a plethora of experiences across many industries to draw from and countless case studies to share. He also has clients in many different sectors that reflect a breath of experience and wisdom to impart so whether you come from the energy sector, non-profit, health care you will have several takeaways that you can immediately apply to your own communications practice.
I highly recommend attending and/working with the folks at Communicato. .

Doug is a great presenter and he makes sure to share info/best practices/real world application for a variety of topics that are covered. The atmosphere is fun and light-hearted, with great two-way conversations and discussion, the snacks and coffee are always great and I have always left with a better idea of tools available and how to design, implement and fully utilize strategies related to my position and employer's goals.
