I was having issues with my phone and didn't want to increase my bill or pay to get a new upgrade and Liz, a customer service rep at Communication Zone came through and helped me get a new iPhone 6s without increasing my bill! Overall great experience and very helpful staff that is willing to go above and beyond to help you out!

He was also able to assist me with a password reset in order to be able to access my Telus app. I have known the staff at the Milton location for many years and he is an excellent addition to the team!

It is so convenient to have someone like Kadie to work with if I ever want a new phone or to change my plan. 5 out of 5 stars for sure.

They have an amazing package available for the large corporation I work for and Kadie made everything from information to SIM cards to transfer really straightforward. I appreciate it. Cell phone hassles are not something anyone wants to deal with !!! And there were NONE!
