★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can find another provider I would suggest you do that. First staff person could not arrive on time so they send an alternate and that staff person could only work when the city transit was operating. Its very hard to find good help. Best of Luck to you. It's often the most vulnerable in society who require the assistance. Maybe Uber should offer homecare services.
