βTerrible with filling shifts, numerous times they have left a palliative patient without a visit meaning he goes without food or medication for hours, already switched to Bayshore......scheduling doesnβt care and wonβt listen to a word you say just say they are sorry we donβt have anyone.β

βApparently they have the right to refuse care? Tell LHIN that, so they can hire another agency.β

As an advocate I have been contacted by several people and family care givers who are frustrated and fed up. As a professional, I do not understand the attitude towards your position in patient care. I also donβt understand the need of the management to write their own review Matthew.
Thank you for the general email address. I have been in contact, or rather no contact from the director, so I have since skipped the line and went with a team that is researching this province wide. If you would like to help you could start internally by taking peopleβs concerns seriously instead of telling them they are being unreasonable or simply taking it out on the client when a family member voices their concerns. The employees here should remember that they will also be old one day and most will not likely to be able to afford private healthcare.
