Now the staff are cold, and they will outright lie to you.
Had staff here tell an employer I was not a good employee. Luckily they hired me anyway, and after 2 weeks of exemplary work they decided to tell me what the staff member had said. I was with the company until they eventually closed.
I felt very betrayed.
Go to Keys instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This organization has been such a wonderful support for my daughter. She was referred here under the ODSP Employment Supports Program. The staff are extremely helpful, warm, kind, and have gone above and beyond to help my girl. They helped her find a job that fits her needs. I appreciate their knowledge and expertise. I've been involved with some other providers in the Kingston area and this is the only one who has been able to meet our needs. Five star!! I tell everybody about this wonderful organization.
