★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had breast cancer in 1995, resulting in a partial mastectomy on my right breast. The surgeries left me ‘lopsided’ and reconstruction, over the years, became less successful. Hard to believe, but I didn’t know there were prosthetics for this situation. I was browsing the internet looking for any place close to me that dealt with my particular need. Comfort Bras by Pauline jumped out at me, telling me they took care of special needs. I quickly made an appointment, went to the store and met the sweetest, most wonderful person - Pauline! She put me at ease immediately, showing me what type of bra/prosthetic I needed. She showed this old girl how to actually put a bra on correctly?. I left that store standing straighter than when I went in, with the most confidence I’d felt in a very long time. Pauline is the BEST! A real sweetheart♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband gave me a gift certificate to Comfort Bras by Pauline for Christmas. I finally made an appointment and was somewhat anxious about how it would go and what to expect. Whatever I thought would happen in no way compared to the amazingness of the experience. I was greeted at the door by Pauline and Christina. After completing some paperwork, we went to a fitting room where Pauline measured me and let me know what the appointment would look like. She proceeded to gather around 10 different bras and amazingly every single one fit! I have never had that experience before. She educated me on proper fit, how to properly wear a bra (who knew there would be rules!) and it was fantastic. After the fitting, she left me with all the selections so I could decide what I wanted to purchase. It was hard to limit myself! I can't tell you how much this meant to me. Women feel that it is our bodies that are wrong, but in reality we are wearing the wrong size! What an amazing and transformational session. Thank you so much, I will be back soon for a sports bra!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a proper bra fitting and decided to visit Comfort bras by Pauline (Bowmanville location). I had a great experience, Camille took her time getting me bras to try on, I didn’t feel rushed. Pauline was friendly and gracious. Ladies if you’re not comfortable with your bra and hesitating on get fitted, do yourself a favour and getting fitted with a comfortable bra by Pauline. Service was top notch, the shop also has a nice ambiance. Great experience and can’t wait to go back.

All that changed when I found Comfort Bras by Pauline! I had the best experience and found 3 great bras! Kamille was so helpful and patient with me. I am so thankful for the this wonderful place!! She taught me how to wear a bra properly so I look my best. Made me look 10lbs lighter! Pauline made sure I was happy with my choices and went above and beyond to give me the best customer experience. Would highly recommend you make an appointment and see for yourself! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I had my first ever bra fitting with Pauline. Wow, what a great experience. I tried on many beautiful bras and found 3 that were perfect for me. Pauline was great, definitely knew what she was talking about. What a lovely woman who immediately makes you feel at ease through the process.
Enjoyed many laughs, and learned a lot. How did I get to 65 and literally not know anything about bras. I definitely will recommend women to go, you will definitely not be disappointed. Thank you Pauline.....I walked out of your shop feeling fabulous

My bra size is very difficult to find but she was able to find one that was a perfect fit for me. After I left I also received a call from Pauline the owner. The customer service and kindness these ladies showed me today was amazing. I will be recommending this store to family and friends. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you enter a business, engage with an owner that is knowledgeable in their product and you leave knowing that you are more empowered than when you walked in, that is the mark of a great business! I had an opportunity to be fitted by the owner Pauline, from the moment that I entered her Pickering location I felt that I was going to be taken care of. After explaining what I was looking for and where I was when it comes to bras, Pauline proceeded to determine what was my correct size and showed me some of the most beautiful bras. Wearing the correct size made me pull back my shoulders and hold my chest high. I was walking with more confidence. If you are looking to be properly fitted for your bra, then Comfort Bras by Pauline is the place that you need to go! I have already recommended that my Mum, Aunt, cousin and circle of friends make their appointments to get properly fitted! I will definitely be going back soon to purchase some more bras.
