★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and disgraceful customer service. Stood outside with our masks in to make sure we could come in. Sign said “wait to be entered” but no one showed so went in just to ask if it’s okay to come in and the glib response was “well, you’re already here”. Then sends us off with two other blunt responses. The whole feeling was that we were made to feel dumb.Miserable experience. Won’t be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is a complete fool. Not polite at all, very rude. I’ve only been here once before and he wasn’t pleasant then either. I came back to buy 9 Funko Pop figures I knew he had (my friend was in the store and seen them the other day and told me) and because he was very rude to me today, he lost a sale. Not long til this place goes out of business, Mark my words. Usually I support local but this guy doesn’t deserve to stay open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually tried to rip me off. Tried to sell me something for a ridiculous price. So I went to a shop on 8th street and found it for half what he named me as a price. I can only assume he was being influenced by online scalping prices. Sad what portions of the collectibles community have come too. I will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by while in Saskatoon yesterday and picked up a bunch of hockey cards. Owner was very friendly and helpful and easy to deal with on cards. Will stop in every time we visit Saskatoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is very uninviting and the owner lacks customer service skills, he acts as if you’re a pest for wanting to spend your money there. The store is very messy, unorganized and overpriced. I wouldn’t waste my money here.. I highly recommend visiting amazing stories over this place.. The staff there are equipped with customer service skills, knowledge, and you’ll most likely leave the store happy. I don’t expect collectors lane to stay open for much longer, the guy practically drives customers away with his unbecoming attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Lane is an interesting spot. Aron knows his stuff. He’s a bit gruff when you first meet him, but underneath he has a heart of gold. Great selection and the web store makes it really convenient. Awesome spot for tournaments, too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stop at Collectors Lane today, I dealt with a young man name Nick who was very helpful and had good customer service skills. I was looking for 8X10 Top Loaders for Picture and I was not sure if they carry them at all. He said i don't think we have them he show me what they had but not what I was looking for at the time.
I really don't stop at Collectors Lane all that often but this would be my last resort, cause the place it not organized at all. I believe the owner would get more business if the place was more clean and Organized.
