From the moment I walked in Shannon had my vote. Having never been there before I was almost lost the moment I walked in. Shannon set me up in a fitting room, took my measurements, asked a quick couple questions regarding the bra I was looking for and took off claiming she knew what I had in mind. She came back with one style. Told me the size I measured at and the size she thought I would actually fit. She was 100% i even argued a tad regarding the size. The style and size ended up being exactly what I wanted and needed. It had been 3 or 4 years since my last bra because I avoid bra shopping like most people avoid the dentist. Shannon with her expert advice, made this not only painless, but a joyful experience. I'm super happy. Thank you Shannon!!!

I haven’t had a bra fit so well and comfortably. they have a great selection for cute and practical stuff. I always feel disappointed going to other stores because they never carry my size. The best bra shop I have ever shopped at - I have moved out of province but only buy my bras and lingerie from this store when I’m in town. The best selection of bras for bigger breasted ladies, that are of the best quality and brands on the market for us. Carol is the BEST retail sales employee I’ve ever dealt with. I remember her every time and luckily she’s working the past few times I’ve gone in. She is such a lovely human being: funny, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I feel so comfortable with her helping me, and I feel she is very genuine and loves what she does helping women. She also seems to know exactly what I want/need. This is also a great place to donate your old bras and you get 10% off your purchase if you do! What a good deal, and even better knowing your bras won’t end up in a dumpster. It is honestly very difficult to find a good bra shop for my bra size and therefore I am so grateful this locally opened shop has done so well in my hometown.

Never knew a bra could fit so well! They made you feel comfortable and don't give you the feeling that you have to rush. Never going bra shopping anywhere else again!

Warranty is a scam, doesn't stand behind their work. I purchased 4 bras from them in December of 2020 and they offered free repairs for the first two years. I've had to get 3 of my 4 bras repaired already. However, because they were purchased December 31, 2020 and the calendar now says 2022, they say it's been "2 years" and no further repairs will be done - so in my case the "2 year warranty" I paid for only actually lasts 1 year and 1 week. Furthermore, I purchased bras of two different sizes on the advice of the attendant who fitted me. When one of my bras broke for the second time (3 days after I got it back from the first set of repairs) they blamed me and refused any exchange or refund because I "bought the wrong size". I wouldn't have bought the size if their staff had not told me it was fine to do so. All they offered was a 10% discount on the purchase of a brand new bra - which they offer to anyone who recycles an old bra, so this was not a special accommodation, they were treating me like a brand new customer. They expect you to wash your bra every 2 days using specialized detergent, so your time invested and cost of laundry goes up, or else they will blame you for not taking care of it. If you're looking for something appropriate for daily wear and then washing on the weekend like all other clothing, shop elsewhere. The attendants are very helpful for the initial purchase but the tone changes dramatically should you need any followup at all. If you're going to spend $100 or more on a bra, shop somewhere that's transparent about their actual warranty time or somewhere that stands behind a quality product. Absolutely disgusted with how they're willing to treat a customer that's given them over $400 for 3/4 faulty products.
