While I didn’t buy my truck here, I bring it here for service since I live in Cold Lake. The folks at the service desk are always super helpful and my Ford comes back clean every time I drop it off. They always are able and willing to help me out and the work is outstanding

This review goes out to the Parts Department at Cold Lake Ford, particularly Sam. Recently ordered winter tires and rims through Ford, upon pickup there was a big difference in pricing vs the quote I received. Sam was quick to resolve the issue and follow up immediately to ensure everything was in order. Great service, super friendly and professional, couldn't ask for better. Also, a shout out to McKinley who made sure I got to Ford to pick up my vehicle and make it to work on time!

Awesome service job on getting my new tires and my new Tonneau cover for my 2022 F-350 Ford Platinum Diesel. Valerie, Phil and Kevin did an awesome job! It took while for the tonneau cover to come in but they all never gave up. The 3 service at Cold Lake Ford went over and beyond as well as Sean in Parts. They are still continue working hard to go over and beyond. All you have to do is give them patients and be patient. They know how much I love my Ford F-350 Diesel and it's my favorite truck of all. And of all the 3 GMC/Chevy, RAM and Ford. The Ford F-350 is far the best truck I've ever own. Thanks again to the team at Cold Lake Ford for their hard work and determination on getting back to your Ford vehicle.

Phil from the service department is fantastic, dealt with him a few times with different vehicles and he always goes over and above. Even if he wasn't my advisor for the work order he would still take care of it. Huge shoutout to Phil. If management is reading this, he definitely deserves a raise.

Very frustrated and disappointed considering it's my first ever vehicle purchase from a dealership. I bought my 2022 Maverick on October 2021. At the time of sale, they put all the extra warranties and additional parts/services (Rim & Tire Protection and "Edging"). That was fine, but the way they just slapped all that additional expense to a first time buyer WITHOUT even telling all the details of what it actually does to your new vehicle is very cheap and greedy. After one day I got my vehicle, I decided to cancel my extended warranty and the other things. So I contacted the financing team and I remember being the only one that was proactive (calling/emailing for updates) . The process was slow and painful but they refunded my money, HOWEVER I was only refunded a partial of it and still, I don't know what to do about it. I have called the Ford Credit 1-800 and Ford Warrant 1-800 several times, and it always ends up to "Talk to your Ford Dealership.". Lastly, I was trying to install truck bed lights and I couldn't find the pigtail connectors for the 12V eDIY connector (located near the tail gate on the sides). These connectors are FORD SUPPLIED and SHOULD'VE came with my purchase but it's not there. So I first called my sales rep Ryan and he tells me he doesn't know anything about it and straight up sent me to Parts & Services without even giving context to them. So I just went down to see them and told me those two pigtail connectors that I mentioned does not come with my vehicle and would cost me $100. The worst thing to this whole story is, I was referred to go get my vehicle here by my step-dad who is a great customer and been dealing with Cold Lake Ford for years and they know it! I would not recommend first time vehicle buyers here even if you are referred. It looks to me now that I wouldn't mind getting my new vehicle hours away if it means getting a great and honest service.

I just had my car serviced at Cold Lake Ford and I would to share my experience. I had an estimate done and planned for the expenses but when it looked like the repairs were going to be more than what I could afford. I simply asked what can be done for the amount of money that I budgeted.Manager Cory had a look at everything and did all the repairs for what I could afford. I am very grateful for the excellent customer service I received and would gladly recommend this dealership for everyone. Thankyou Cory for understanding in these uncertain times and costs. Again Thankyou very much for excellent customer service.

Brought in my Ford Escape for a windshield replacement and after the work was complete, I noticed several issues. First, a new cluster of scratches appeared on my front driver side fender which are very obviously there from someone brushing up against the vehicle while working on the windshield. The interior of my car was a mess, with rubber pieces from the windshield seal scattered on top of my dash and in my vents (what a pleasant surprise it was to be peppered with rubber when turning my vents on the next morning). Lastly, scratches to the inside of my windshield pillar were now there that didn't exist before. Upon noticing these and speaking to the service manager, he agreed to bring my car back in and attempt to rectify these deficiencies. I picked up my car and was absolutely disappointed at the lack of real attempt to make this right. The scratches look just the same as before, the inside was barely even vacuumed and the car wasn't even washed. I also noticed that the interior weatherstripping wasn't even installed properly post windshield replacement. (See pics) Furthermore, I noticed a new set of marks on my hood that weren't noticed before. While a few members tried to be very friendly, the overall quality of service done on my vehicle is poor. I am very disappointed in this location. I probably won't be going back unless absolutely necessary. The front desk servicing guys are friendly and nice though.
