★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have limited stock, plus they demand that full payment plus deposit be all put on your credit card, you can’t just pay for the rental days with debit or cash and charge only deposit into your card. I don’t like having excess charges put into my card if it isn’t necessary. I will go elsewhere to find my rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly discourage using this company and I highly do not recommend as Enterprise is not professional in their business. Cold Lake Enterprise rarely answers the phone. They rent out vehicles that are damaged and will create further damage during your rental then will have their Ontario headquarters contact you saying you damaged the vehicle and need to pay or they threaten to go to debt collections. They will not negotiate. Do not rent a vehicle from this business, you will get screwed over one way or another and they will make you feel as though you are an unvalued customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor outcome and service. I called a week ahead to make sure a rental was possible and Booked a a full size car for a trip.
They called a day before confirming my vehicle for tomorrow and that they would call me in the morning
The next morning came and no call. I waited an hr past my time and called only to find out that there was no vehicle for me and they haven’t done anything to try and help me find or notify me of the change
Poor costumer service. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location.
Don’t rent here unless you have a backup plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A car rental dealership unable to provide, for 2+ weeks, a vehicle with all wheel drive or at least winter tires to safely drive the streets of Northern Alberta (which is what I was entitled to through insurance). The customer service did zero follow ups after I would call them every few days to check for the status of any available vehicles, and the staff and manager were unable to provide solutions, just excuses for 2+ weeks. Avoid this place if possible
