★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t bother calling these guys for help if you are a traveller. Passing through Cold Lake, my Class A motorhome’s electric step would not open. I called these guys and was told two weeks before I could get an appointment. I told them I was a traveller. Guess what? It didn’t matter to them. They couldn’t spare an hour to put a multi meter on the step to determine the source of the problem. Said I was in town for three days, could they squeeze me in. Nope.
