RV Days Holiday Trailer Rentals

Not the Best Experience! There were no particular issues with the delivery although it was couple of hours late. It happens. The unit was fine. The issue was with the returning the unit. Approximately one week later I inquired if they had our damage deposit as I was under the mistaken belief they charged us. I was informed at that time that they charged us $130. $75- a broken blind which we did not break nor checked whether it was broken when we received the trailer. $50-cleaning fee after we swept the floors, wiped down counters, stove, microwave. They later claimed that it took them 2 hours to clean a 27 foot trailer! In fact they had to send out another trailer because ours was so dirty! Pretty far-fetched! $5- towels. At first I did not know what towels they were talking about. I later remembered that there were a few dish towels in the trailer which we did not use as we brought our own. Two emails asking for an explanation went unanswered. On the third email I indicated that I will dispute it with my credit card company and asked for an explanation within ten business days. They refunded $105. You can choose to believe or not believe our experience. Our suggestion is to make sure you check the trailer when you obtain it and have them go over it when you return it to prevent the bogus charges.

Just be aware that they consider you to be renting the trailers "by the night" so even if they deliver your trailer at 11:59pm you will still be charged a full day for that 1 minute. For our first day today we are being told we'll be lucky to get it at 3:30 PM and possibly much later. The first time we used RV Days the trailer was clean and in reasonably good condition. They have always had good communication any time we had a questions but we did have one issue with the billing where a typo on their part made their service seem much cheaper and once it was discovered they still made us pay the higher amount even though the issue was admittedly on their end.

We had the pleasure of staying in the Springdale RV and had such a blast. The RV was clean and spacious for 4 adult sized people and any questions or issues we encountered (which were next to none) was just a quick phone call away. Robert was a gem and so pleasant all the time. He was even available to help with just regular campsite issues not relating to the RV itself. We will be there again next year using RV days for sure ??

I would like to address the owners comments to Paul, as it seems again providing excuses. Firstly, we had an executed contract. The contract states the 27' Wildwood trailer. This trailer is on your website with pictures and is not the trailer we received when arrived on July 26, 2020. I have documented 4 telephone calls to you. I was told that you could do nothing about it as the trailer we rented was placed at another site. There was no recourse given to us. Second, the fact that we paid for the delivery and set up and the fact that the driver placed the trailer 5 feet from where it should be is totally incompetent. You would think that you have provided trailers to this campground many times and for many years, this should not be an issue. Thirdly, the suggestion that we caused the toilet flood in the trailer is absolutely absurd. This flood caused damage to suit cases, electronics and we had to use all of our towels that we brought with us to clean this up. We also had to go to the extra expense of purchasing new towels to replace. RV days provided us notice that they would replace the toilet the next day, so we didn't use the toilet until it was replaced, all so it would not happen again. Fourthly, the staff sending out personal information and a contract to my email for another customer as well as getting a telephone call at 8:45am looking for that other customer is wrong. Personal information of customers should be private and confidential. Fifth, the suggestion about compensation and we stayed 6 days and trying to get it all for free is incomprehensible and not the case. Do you think that maybe not giving the contracted trailer, toilet flooding, paying for proper delivery and the expense and trouble we have gone through that maybe you could of at least said "I'm sorry" and given some kind of compensation for the expense of towels or set up etc. Six, We received a threatening voice message from your staff , which I have saved, giving us little to no notice to get out of the trailer. There was no discussion or anything, just get out, truck will be there to get the trailer. If you would like me to post this voicemail message I certainly can. After receiving same, we called your staff back and then was berated, yelled at and hung up on. Is this the customer service that you give your customers?

It was a delight to rent such a beautiful trailer! The gang at RV Days took such good care of us and made the experience so enjoyable. We will certainly rent from them again.

What a great experience. RVing has been our families way of life for well over 20 years. This year we found ourselves without our own rig so RV days to the rescue. We had a great experience in a beautiful trailer, which suited our every need. It was exceptional to arrive at our site and find the trailer all set up and ready to go. We had a great stay and when we were done, we packed up our personal belongings and the trailer was picked up. This was so easy, relaxing and fun for the whole family. I highly recommend RV Days! Their communication is efficient and their service is amazing - Joy was so quick to respond to any question or concern and was so warm and helpful. We rented an RV from RV Days after our original rental was unexpectedly cancelled on us by a private owner and I felt a lot more at ease knowing we were dealing with a professional company the second time. The trailer was clean and Robert who came to help us find some of the supplies was kind and friendly. The layout of the trailer was perfect for our family. We would absolutely rent from them again!

I just booked a trailer with RV Days and couldn't be happier with my experience. The company and more specifically Joy, whom I dealt with, were amazing. Very responsive to all my questions and was happy to make suggestions as this was my first time booking an RV. I will definitely be using RV Days again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Kevin
