★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW!!! Unfortunately I can only leave five stars for Devlin Bonner for his customer service on June the 1st 2020. We were in a jam for a Genie lift for a last minute shop improvement and this gentleman come through. I must say it’s been a while since an employee showed such high interest in resolving a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked the 2000-3000 pressure washer in advance over the phone. When we showed up it wasn't available, didn't have a record of our booking and rented out to us the stronger power washer at no discount. Wouldn't have needed to write a review but the power washer we used was barely holding it together. Would not come back again. Staff was nice though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a hedge trimmer, there was only one available, so the Assistant suggested I reserve it. I did not know I could do that, so I reserved the trimmer for the next Saturday. I was advised that I could keep it over the week end and pay for one day. It was also suggested that I take a gallon of fuel with me to ensure I had enough for the job.
The trimmer shaft broke after only 2 hours of operation, so when I returned it & explained that, I was told, "No problem. Would you like to reserve it again?" I did, the trimmer worked fantastically & upon returning the unit I was only charged for a 1/2 day rental fee & not for the extra fuel that I used!
I have been renting equipment from West Equipment since it's inception on Westminster Ave, Penticton in about 1981 & have received the best service I could expect, ever since then. Customer Service is no. 1, even to today. Way to go West Equipment Rentals !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are hit or miss. Some really go above and beyond expectations but the are a couple who are clearly waiting for quitting time. Latest visit was terrific! They have almost any piece of equipment one might need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented an oggar from NorVal very helpful. Then when I went to use it the ground was frozen (100% my fault for renting.) they called me to inform me they will not be charging me even though it was no fault of theirs. Great customer service will never go anywhere else. Well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a ladder to fix the window on the roof of my van. When I explained what needed to be done and that I was going to do the job on the side of the road and return the ladder in 20 minutes Michael in rentals said "I'll have a man do that for you and no charge. It'll be our pleasure ". One cannot ask for better service than that. Thankyou so much. ?
